Love these. Love the brand. Easy to swallow. My hair hasn’t been shedding as bad.

I have taken these vitamins for a week. They seem to be working well. I will continue to take them for 3 months if they continue to help grow my hair I will be subscribing to continue with them.

So far so good. There is no odor or taste to capsules. Time will tell if they are effective.

I used a different brand for at least a year and couldn't tell a difference in my shedding, thinning, breaking hair. I ordered this brand (by mistake because the packaging and label colors are very similar) and I'm glad I did! Noticeable difference right away. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I changed hair products shortly after I switched the supplement brand, so not sure if it's one or the other, or both stopping the shedding completely and helping fill in what I'd lost.
