! Spicy shot! It’s a good thing I like ginger, turmeric and pepper! Good for the throat. Make sure that you have water, tea to sip after it. lol I have only had 3 , so I don’t notice anything yet. So fresh. Came in ice! Definitely healthy. I only got 2 four packs to find my favorite. The 3 I tried, I liked.
