This supplement really helps my joint pain. I take 2 teaspoons three times per day with food. I prefer buying it from Amazon because I am able to get it within a day or two. It’s very affordable as well.

Had hip and knee pain. Taking this helped me to resolve many times when they were inflamed. Great for other forms of inflammation as well.

Fast shipping. It is as described. Taking daily. Taste is tangerine ish. Does it work? Hasn’t relieved hip joint pain. Has it lessened the pain? Not sure. I’ll probably buy another bottle and see to give it a fair trial.

Couldn’t tell it made any difference than the Costco capsul numeric. Manna offered a free bottle of COQ10 with a $50 purchase. I thought I’d try it. Since my subscription was about $80 each time, I figured they would send a free bottle of COQ10. Wrong. I’ve since canceled my subscription and stopped doing business with Manna.

I'm on my second bottle and not noticing any pain relief. Could be because I have arthritis, bulging disc, herniated disc, degenerative disc and just plain old (72). I may not be the right person for this trial. Taste is good. I'm just too much of a damaged man for this product to work on.

Works great for pain! Tastes okay so I just take a spoonful, not diluted.
