Would only change rating if company honored product.
Update: The seller contacted me and was very concerned that the product wasn't producing the results intended. They made things right which says volumes about this company. They do stand behind their product!! Old review: Very unhappy with this stamp. Doesn't stamp evenly no matter what surface you put it on. Totally unusable. Since it customized I didn't attempt to return but I feel like I spent my money on something that never worked. Half angry, half disappointed. Even though customized, should get a full refund for a useless item. More angry now!
