Good product, Read and Heed, Important information below
Great product, very well designed, everything in the kit was good. There are 3 points of interest I would like to bring up to attention that will make using this product easier. 1: After making the crimp the crimp has to be slid up into the PowerPoll housing until you hear a click indicating that the crimp is locked down into it's position. This is easy with the 30 & 45 amp crimps, being that the wires used with these sizes have some stiffness to the wire allowing you to be able to push the crimp into place without the wire bending back on you. This is not the case with the 15 amp crimp. The wire diameters that fit this crimp are small and do not have the stiffness to push the crimp into place without bending back on itself. This problem is solved by making the crimp first and then soldering the connection. The solder adds stiffness to the wire and then the crimp is easily inserted into is locking position. 2: When pushing the crimps into the housing it is much easier to do one at a time, and then slide the housings together so they lock into place side by side. 3: There is a 10 minute video on How to install Anderson Connectors. If you have not used these connectors before then do yourself a big favor and watch this. There is a specific way to align the housings and the crimps so that you will never cross wire while hooking up other wires to your ends. It's worth the 10 minutes to watch and will save you needless aggravation as the kind that I experienced:)

Nice
They work well and hold together nicely.

Excellent power poles made of quality materials
Excellent quality, makes connecting up DC power devices much cleaner and faster. One thing to note is that it is hard to prepare these without the correct dedicated crimper. I didn't want to buy the power pole crimper because it seemed too expensive for me for something that I may only use once in a while. I was able to get the connectors prepared using pliers to bend initially into a rounded shape and then used a standard crimper to finish it. This leaves a messier crimp and was harder to fit into casing, but in the end it held tight and saved me $40 on a crimper so I'm happy.

I use these on my ham radio power connections. They work great

Solid connections
With these being somewhat bargain-priced, I was a little concerned on if they would make good connection or actually hold wires in the crimps. These concerns turned out to be non-issues. They hold together nicely, crimp on tightly, and don't slide out of the plastic housing. Will probably buy these again when I need more.

they mate to genuine powerpoles, but don't click together (side-to-side) properly
Genuine Powerpole connectors are amazing once you realize all of their features. When making a positive/negative pair, you can slide the connectors together so they form a unit left-to-right and then can't be plugged in the wrong way. Genuine connectors can also be pulled apart (from side-by-side) just as easily if the wires need to be separated. These are not manufactured precisely enough. I find that I have to use pliers to force them to mate side-by-side - they slide in almost all the way, but get stuck about 2mm from the end. Once mated, they're fine, but if you need to separate them (e.g. I've put them together and swapped left and right and wanted to trade), then they're impossible for me to separate. My Genuine powerpole connectors, which are relatively cheap from places like Mouser, are easy to slide apart.

Anderson compatible
These power connectors work amd connect perfectly with Anderson power pole connectors. Even the contacts are the same.

Seem to be exactly as anderson
I had a quick look at them and can't see any difference between them and the Anderson poles. Well, there is a difference in cost. I usually purchase some as backup, just in case I need to make some wiring that need this type of connector. All my equipment is wired that way. I think these are decent quality, although I read a few reviews that stated otherwise. Some complained about assembly and being unable to do so. Others complained about the locking pin missing. The missing locking pin is true, otherwise I can't confirm the complains. I had a connector made from Anderson poles and had no problems mating them with the Chinese made ones.

They are not real genuine powerpole connectors but they are still good quality for the low price.
