Excellent! Bought this unit to replace a different brand that was defective. Extremely satisfied with this unit, I have the temperature sensor in the skimmer box of our inground concrete pool and the receiver unit on the refrigerator in the kitchen, at least 50'. Works great, no connection issues,very accurate, large numerals. Very easy set up right out of the box. Couldn't be more satisfied.Unlike the previous brand that we had for a while but then the sensor began to leak. Contacted their customer service and their only response was "it's out of Warranty ". It probably only needed a new gasket, but no, they were of no assistance. So I wrote a negative review for their product on Amazon.So in conclusion, I am very happy with this pool thermometer and highly recommend - plus their product description mentions that they have excellent US based customer service, hopefully I won't need it...

Works as intended in a pond. Very useful to know the temperature remotely from inside the house! I did note the floating unit is strangely not completely weather sealed (no elastomers), but it weathers rain and normal usage just fine so far. This may be the source of other reviews having failures over time. I bought two units as a contingency and do not intend to keep it in the pond through the winter months.

Works great! Easy to set up with no crazy instructions. I just threw the thermometer in the pool and placed the inside gauge where it’s convenient for me and then eagerly awaited the temperature to come up to comfort level! The thermometer in the pool has a display as well. My top skimmer wants to try and eat it, but hasn’t been able to so far and only once has it ended up in the side skimmer. Great price and does exactly what I expected!

I've tried several pool thermometers over the years. Living in Florida and we use our pool almost all year. This thermometer has been in use for over three months now and it has stayed dry inside and accurate to within one degree. Very pleased.

I had some difficulty with setting this up(which turned out to being just ME being dense) so I texted customer service. I received a generated response almost immediately asking for details. Once I sent the response, a service resp responded promptly and explained what to do. This was the fastest response I’ve ever received from any company!The floating thermometer has a large temperature readout and the control device is also easy to read and to change settings. The humidity reading is a nice extra feature.I’ve only had it a day, but the great customer service gives me great hope that this unit will be a reliable tool.

I was surprised how well this works. I placed the monitor on our mantle and I can see constant updates on pool temperature which is why I purchased. However, the monitor also shows indoor temperature and humidity. I love it!

WARNING....They do not say it on the unit or on any of their advertising, but the temperature above the water line on the display is not the outside temp. its the temperature INSIDE your home, or wherever you place the display.This unit would be 100% better if it also told you the temperature outside instead.Overall the unit works great and is super convenient. But I was mislead a little by the listing.

First one lasted 2.5 weeks, the screen on the thermometer went bad fast, water got into the display but it still sent data to the monitor inside. It finally died shortly after display going bad. Was inside 30 day return window so Amazon sent me a replacement. The 2nd one went bad even faster. This time i contacted the manufacturer and they were really easy to work with and are sending me a 3rd one. Only reason it gets 3 stars is because when it works, its great, and customer service was good.
