Tastes good.
Tastes fine, and my iron levels improved. I had gastric bypass years ago, so pill forms don't absorb as well as liquid vitamins. This works for me!

Good but sweet product
I really needed this and I was so happy with the clean ingredients etc. But the sweetness was overwhelming. I take it in the morning and did not enjoy having to start my day with a sugar spike. If you don’t care how you break your fast and you have a sweet tooth this fits the bill. Good quality product.

I notice my hair edges were getting thin my son told me about the iron supplement not like the others that constipate you so i gave it try just one bottle so far because I have always been anemic but I can honestly say it works for me i notice my hair edges got thicker i love that for me and I will definitely purchase again

This is an Excellent Product for those like me who are Anemic- I take 1 Tablespoon a day. Iron holding strong still.

Shake it like a Polaroid picture
Other reviews say this either tastes great or is awful. Both are true. If you don’t shake it, or shake it gently, it tastes like you licked cough syrup off of a cast iron pan. That’s not unusual for liquid iron supplements, though- because I mean, they’re made of iron. If you shake this vigorously for 15-20 seconds every time before taking it, it tastes better than many others on the market. I prefer Nature’s Way, which might have more sugar in it but tastes fine without shaking it. When that one is out of stock this is a decent alternative.
