When the Shower arrived and after I fitted it, the LED panel and the LED lights wouldn't come on. I contacted the seller, and they immediately diagnosed the problem with the micro-generator and sent me a replacement that arrived promptly. Fitting the shower is easy; they even sent instructions on replacing the micro-generator. I changed the part, and the shower is working as described. It is a great shower, and I am delighted.

Regret my copy is either faulty or that's just how it's expected to go bad in less than a week of install. Item is suddenly very noisy with LED lights no longer working as well as the display. Water pressure is no longer sustainable and the noise is extremely irritating. Again, maybe this is just a faulty copy. Am buying a different make to replace it.

It’s a nice shower with good water pressure. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because there’s no way to control the water flow on certain functions. For example, the waterfall function can only be used at full power, with no option to adjust it. Additionally, you can’t turn on the waterfall function directly—you have to go through the sprayer function first, which can be inconvenient if you’re trying to fill a bucket without getting wet.

This tall multi shower panel came very securely packed inside a carton box. Overall, this looks to be well made and of decent quality. I chose Style F which comes with 5 water outlets (a rain shower, a handheld shower, a mist jet and a stronger massager jet, as well as a spout at the bottom) so really you get spoiled for options. There is no LED option in this model though.Installation wasn't too bad either and it took me around an hour and a half to get this fully installed. You are required to put together a few of the parts before installing but these are not overly complicated. The pipes inside were a bit tricky to bend and protrude a little so took a while to place those inside the panel. In terms of the water pressure, it is decent. The rain shower in particular ideally should come with more pressure in my opinion and it is just about okay. Price wise I also think it is a bit on the higher side (around £190 at the time of this review) so not the best value in my opinion.All in all, pretty decent shower panel and looks nice too. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

good value for money

This is a great product and customer support was fantastic. When I first fitted it, unfortunately the lights and thermostat didn't come on. I contacted their support who replied the same day and said it is likely the motor/generator that is faulty. I was offered either a refund, a new product or a replacement motor. It seemed easier to simply change the motor. The sent one out and it arrived within a few days with a clip showing how to change. It took less than 5 minutes to swap out the parts. I refitted the shower and it now works perfectly.They even refunded £10 for my trouble. Really pleased with the product and it's reassuring to know helpful product support are on hand in case they are needed in the future.
