Picked up a couple of these 3 m Amazon Basics HDMI cables for hiding cables behind the wall for a clean TV look and they’ve honestly been solid. I’m using one for my TV setup and another for my monitor, and both worked perfectly right out of the box. The cable feels sturdy without being too thick or stiff, which makes it easy to route around the back of a desk or TV stand. The picture quality is great. No drops, no flickering, no random disconnects. It handles 4K just fine and the connection feels secure on both ends. For the price, it’s kind of a no brainer. You basically get the same performance as the more expensive brands without paying their markup. If you just need a reliable HDMI cable that does exactly what it should with no fuss, this is a good one to grab.

Cheap, works perfectly fine. I did opt for the shorter wire which I did not realise was as short as it was, but that didn't end up being a problem. Good product for money, would recommend.

I have bought a few of these HDMI cables now and am more than a little impressed. The build quality is excellent, and the braided cable is flexible enough to manoeuvre in awkward positions. Picture quality is fantastic, with proper 4K HDR. The fit is snug without being too tight, making them easy to use.

I haven’t used this too much so far as it’s an occasionally used cable for a USB C dongle but so far I’m super impressed with the cable. I’ve gone for quite a long length and the build quality and thickness seems brilliant. It feels very secure and as strong/durable as this super expensive hdmi cable once bought from Curry’s. It’s functioned correctly so far and it seems of a much higher quality than any other hdmi cable in my house! Not bad at all for the price. The flexibility is quite rigid, so may not be ideal for some people depending on the set up.

Does the job and works perfectly fine. I was able to connect my projector and my PC with this cable. Length is sufficient for me and good quality.

Multiple length selections. Quality sleeve. Plug and play. Great value / cost for the product. Functions as intended. No need for gold plate for most people.

Whether you want to use HDMI for multi-display(PC and another screen to watch movies 'n' stuff) or simply want to use it with your TV, Apple TV, DVD, Cable box etc., this product is what I'd recommend. I have purchased many HDMI cables($30+ too, breaded, super-thick, gold-plated and other-usual-marketing-gimmicks) and from my experience I suggest you stick with this simple, nicely breaded cable, both HDMI ends are quality metal with no loose connection, the price is right, and it works great. I have tried it on: Apple TV 4th Gen; it WORKS GREAT. Often use it to hook up HDTV to my desktop PC so I can watch Microsoft purchases; great VIDEO & AUDIO QUALITY with no HDCP issues whatsoever. Comes in different SIZES; buy shorter for PC use, and medium if your PC/Laptop is closer to your TV, and longer one for other appliances; remember the shorter the cable the better the connection. PRICE is quite decent compared to other products. Supports: 4K, FHD, HD, PC, Media players, Apple TV etc., ..still reading this? I thought you'd have clicked that 'Submit Order' by now. :)

I got a Prime delivery...quick and in good condition...Quality is amazing...First I hesitated to buy Amazon basics brand...I was unaware of this brand... But it turned out to be the right choice in the end... Pros: 1.Braided HDMI cable with excellent thickness 2x times normal HDMI cable..because of Nylon braid 2. Small Transparent cap is provided at each HDMI cable ends...Useful to prevent dust when not in use 3.Gold plated ends 3.Nylon braided well...no defects..just fits perfect..super tight in slots.. 4.Useful for connecting Laptops, Blurays,PS4,Xbox,PC etc to TV and for streaming Youtube, Netflix ,Prime Video etc... Cons: 1.Visual appeal of living room lost...Since braided HDMI has 2x thickness...cable is visible from a long distance...I use a curtain to hide as my TV is attached near a window. 2.Not Flexible...The high thickness prevents flexibilty...I bought 15feet cable..because of long length..its not flexible...like it has line memory...So I leave it not too tight to prevent wear and tear ..so as to last longer... I do not consider these small problems because of the built quality ...I have only used it for only few days...So my review has limitations...I have uploaded a photo showing thickness of braided and non-braided HDMI cable... Prior to buying this HDMI cable, I would watch video files on my TV via a USB stick in the TV's USB input. This worked well until the day came when my TV ( or laptop ) wouldn't read the USB anymore . This situation had happened a number of times, so I sought out another solution so as to view video files on my TV. After watching a number of Youtube videos , I ordered this cable and connected the ends to the HDMI inputs on my TV and laptop, and - using my laptops media player - I was able to watch a video file on my TV with no problems. I have watched a number of video files since then using this method, and it has gone well on each occasion. Cable is well made, and I would recommend it to other people who may be thinking of using it in a similar manner.
