This product is a complete waste of money. The motor is so weak that it feels more like a toy than a useful cleaning tool. It might be suitable for a child’s school project — like making a small wind fan — but it certainly doesn’t deliver the cleaning performance shown in its advertisements. Using it requires excessive effort, yet it still fails to clean any surface effectively. If you apply too much pressure, the device simply stops working. To make matters worse, the battery drains within 15 minutes of use. It’s now clear why the company has a No Return policy — it seems like a tactic to sell substandard products without accountability. I used the product just once, and now it’s either going to be repurposed for my child’s school project or end up in the trash. I’m genuinely puzzled by the positive reviews, which seem misleading at best. Unfortunately, I trusted those ratings and wasted my money. Frankly, a simple ₹20 scrubber would do a far better job with less effort — saving both time and electricity. Bottom line: This is a poorly made, ineffective product. Please don’t buy it. If you have money to spare, it’s better to donate it to someone in need rather than spending it on such low-quality items from unreliable sellers.

The NAMESAKE Charging cable that comes along is only 7-1/2 inches long, including 1 inch USB connectors each on both ends of the cable. Connectors are Type A on one end and Micro B on the other side. So the length of the cable is effectively only 5-1/2 inches, which is so tiny that you have to hold the gazette in one hand to charge it or use your own USB Cable Extension. NO CHARGER HAS BEEN SUPPLIED. This is extreme cost cutting and must be avoided at all costs.
