Works very effectively. Helps to lower blood sugar spikes, assists weight loss and helps to curb food cravings. On a day to day basis it is much easier take than other forms of berberine. and the price is good

Met expectations

Overall I think the product is effective & works well! Not 5 stars or 4. Poor merchandising or quality control! The Seller needs to CHECK those expiration dates!!! First order was fine, expiration 2027 second order expired 08/25 >:( and had to waste my time calling customer service for a refund. WORTH trying but hoping they won’t do this again.

I really won’t know how well this worked until I get my blood work in a couple of months, but it has some good ingredients in it
