I’ve been using this for at least a year now and I do credit this for helping in my weight loss journey only because it has helped me to increase my water intake and quit coffee. I use one packet a day, in the morning during a work out. This flavor is my favorite. It is refreshing and I don’t get the afternoon crash like I would with coffee. This is the only caffeine I need for the day.

Fine but unexciting

Taste is so so, but I appreciate the quality of the ingredients. It also provides a good energy boost with no jitters or crash. The taste improves if concentrated by mixing it with less water.

I love the taste and energy it gives me. Hydrates you pretty well but I would not drink this and have any more caffeine for the day

Really hated the flavor. It's too overpowering. And I usually don't mind the flavors. Also wasn't expecting such a strong sugary taste. Would not recommend.

Taste great and super hydrating. They are good when I mix 1 to 1 bottle of water, and good when I mix 1 with a quart of water in my big jug.
