One of the tips was faulty but the refund process was easy
Note that this includes tips of 3 different sizes. Yet to use them but just had a quick look through and can see one of the tips has a big gap that will mean it won't work properly. Support was very helpful. While they were unable to replace just the one tip, they offered me a refund that will allow me to purchase that tip elsewhere.
