I recently read where this helps with anxiety. Anyone?

According to Doug Kaufmann, who has a tv program called Know the Cause, Beta Sitosterol has been shown to reduce anxiety. It does this by acting on gut bacteria, which have been shown to affect many systems of the body.

What are the health benefits ??

The main one is help with difficulty urinating for men with BPH. There are also claims about lowering blood pressure and heart health. I take this and saw palmetto instead of getting on scripts for this. Works for me but the higher dose seems necessary(3 caps to get 1200 daily dose.)
