This product is no better than the Liquid IV powder boxed electrolytes from the market. This is my second bag and there was loose powder all over the inside and I have lung issues so this caused me severe problems. Also it is mostly made out of sugar so BUYER BEWARE! I have half of a colon so I get dehydrated easily. I guess I should go back to prescription strength low sugar Kinderlyte because my health comes first.
