Teva Men's Katavi Thong Flip-Flop

These slippahs are da bomb. Comfy, with arch support, traction galore (can't do farming in them, the poop gets all stuck in the tremendous treads), durable, these are the only things I wear, and they last a calendar year. I mow grass in them, wash them off and go into town in them. Love them to death. The boggle with this iteration is the strap between the toes is a little tougher than the last pair, I suspect these will last more than a year. It's taken a while to get that strap softened up, though. I had to order these three times, as Amazon insisted of loosing the first pair, then no one picked up the big shipment from the terminal, so all that merch got sent back to California. I finally got them at the end of July. First pair got ordered in May! Bezos needs to pay better attention to his bizness.

These flip-flops come a touch tight but stretch to just the right size. They are rugged, comfortable, and stylish. Of the three pairs I have used over the years, only 1 has failed. I'm just fine with that as I am hard on them as everyday footwear, boating, hiking, and I even use them on ladders. I abuse them above and beyond normal wear and tear. I was having trouble finding my size in this model so I tried some other TEVA's, but not near as good. Saw these were available - snatched up a couple more pairs.

Great fit, price and so comfy

My husband bought these flip-flops earlier this summer season and has raised about how comfortable and supportive they are from day 1 and how much he loves them and I should get my own pair too for my aching feet. I have been slipping them on periodically for ease of collecting the mail or taking the pup outside for a break while "trying them on" for comfort and support. I loved them and I knew I had to find a womens version!No such luck on finding a women's version of this flip-flop, so the next mission was finding the correct size for my Women's shoe size 8.5-9. My husband is wearing the mens teva flip-flop in men's size 9 and they are a half size too big but he likes the extra toe extension and protection. Research did reveal that this flip-flop was made in half sizes however finding the half sizes is the problem. I needed a 7.5 mens but available. So I opt for the men's size 8 knowing they would be slightly too big at the front of the toe but I needed a supportive flip-flop for my aching plantar fasciitis and the Vionic and Abeo sandals weren't easing my pain.These flip-flops have been a saving grace for my pain. The footbed is med-firm with cush and the sole is solid and durable. These are not overly heavy or bulky to wear or walk in like some "tough" sandals. I chose the grey color for a neutral match to my outfits although the black would do the same.I recommend these for man or woman who seeks a tough, durable, comfortable and supportive flip-flop that will last a long time...although I haven't had these too long, I can tell by the construction, with normal use and wear, these will last for time to come. Understand that half sizes may not be an option and to order up knowing there will be a little extra toe room but not dumbo oversized or a tripping hazard! I would suspect ordering a half size down would put the toes and heel at the end of the shoe platform.

Wore them across country for a week trip in Thailand .They felt very comfortable and did not rub against skin and seem to be very very sturdy and also possible to jog in.I only wish they had a layer of cushion at the heel like Reef sandle has . But that would bump the price up , so I’m perfectly happy. 4 1/2 stars almost perfect

Had my last pair of these flip-flops for more than 20 years....and man were they oomphy....until our pup got a hold of them. The footbed is mot squishy memory foam. It is pretty firm at first but once you break them in for a while they will become your favorite summer footwear. Once they mold to your feet, you can run, swim, hike, boat and just bum around in them. Don't leave them where your pup can get a hold of them and yours will last for 20+ years too.

These are great flip-flops especially for rougher terrain. Comfortable and durable.

I've been wearing Teva flip-flops since the early 90's. They are the most durable flops I've ever owned. Pretty much bullet proof and last for years with daily use. They fit my foot well (I have a wide foot) and are very comfortable. Ruggedly built. This newest pair seems to be of the same Teva quality.
