The Sour Green Apple flavor is TEA. They taste like actual sour candy, no weird aftertaste, no chalky texture, just super delicious. I used them during my carb load cycle for bikini prep and they were such a strategic add in. Each serving has 8g of carbs, which made it an little easier to hit my carb goals without forcing down more rice when I was already full. During prep, those small carb additions make a difference, and I genuinely felt like they helped support fullness while keeping my creatine intake consistent. It’s rare to find something that’s both functional and feels like a treat during prep, but these nailed it. Definitely staying in my prep routine for future carb loading cycles. 🍏🔥

The Sour Cherry is my favorite flavor of this brand. I was originally taking too little creatine to notice a difference. I now take 2, 1.5 gram gummies just before, or when I get to work then another an hour later. These are expensive so I take them in conjunction with 5 grams of another Creatine brand I got on sale for $14.99 at Sam’s Club (probably untested, inconsistent, and lower quality) what I have noticed from taking 9.5 grams of creatine a day is that my side effects from my other meds which make me tinkle often are significantly reduced. It dries me up at this dosage and mentally I am top dog in any environment I walk into (humbly)

The gummies look & taste exactly like sour patch kids apple candy my kids occasionally eat. The gummies are heavily coated with sugar & contains Tapioca syrup which is a processed sweetener. It's definitely not a healthy way to get daily 4.5mg of creatine. I can't add to the creatine effectiveness since I only had 1 serving. I don't care for candy & the gummies were too sweet. I should have done more research instead of only reading the reviews. The cost is definitely not worth what you get for overly coated sugar candy tasting creatine gummies. I went back to powder.

The Cons (Headache/Balance Issue): • The Headache Factor: Despite being very diligent about my hydration, I started getting persistent headaches after starting these. I suspect the creatine is causing an electrolyte imbalance by shifting how my body holds water. Even with high water intake, I haven't been able to shake the side effect, so I may have to stop using them. Verdict: These are hands-down the best-tasting way to get your creatine, and the brand is solid. However, if you are prone to headaches or have sensitive electrolyte levels, proceed with caution and maybe pair them with an electrolyte supplement.

I’ve been nervous, but curious for the longest to try adding creatine to my regimen. Worried about bloating, but so far all i have noticed from me taking this creatine is less soreness after hard workouts and the ability to push myself harder! That’s not to mention the incredible taste! So yummy and not chalky at all. Plus the ingredients are fairly clean for a gummy! Highly recommend! The quality of these gummies is unmatched! It’s definitely not hard to eat 3 of these a day when they taste like a sour apple gummy candy! The best part? No need to mix! Just pop it in your mouth and go about your day! Doesn’t even upset my stomach and goes down easily!

Amazing product if you are looking to not have the mess of powders or that ick of powders this is a very great addition to your supplement cabinet. The flavors are on point and it not only helps with muscle recovery, it helps with brain fog (which we all need just a little) and increased energy!! It tastes just like a sour patch kid and allows me to get my creatine in and feel like I’m getting a little treat at the same time!

I really enjoy these! They're so easy to incorporate into my day, and they're sweet without being overbearing. The apple flavor could be more apple-y, but they don't have an artificial taste to them which I appreciate! :)

I’ve ordered the gummies several times and overall have had a good experience. They’re convenient, easy to take, and when they’re as described, the sour flavor is delicious. However, there is inconsistency in product quality between batches. A few times, I’ve received gummies that weren’t sour at all and had virtually no flavor, which was disappointing compared to the taste I’m used to. I’d still recommend them for the convenience and effectiveness, but I hope the team works on improving batch consistency going forward.
