Great value, good tasting marmalade.
Makes great tasting marmalade; has a zingy taste and works out a lot cheaper than buying individual jars of marmalade. Just make sure you have a big stock pot as you need a deep pot to contain the boiling stage!

Makes the best Orange & Lemon marmalade
I have done this 4 times now for xmas gifts and I get sent pictures of empty jars asking for more. It really is that good, so I’ve had to do another batch this month (June!) I buy a tin of the oranges and a tin of the lemons so that it makes 12 1lb jars. I also reduce the sugar from 1.8k per tin to 1.5k (so 3k of sugar for two tins) and it works perfectly. May need to boil a few minutes over the 15 mins to get the right wrinkle on the saucer test, but certainly no longer than 20 minutes. No need for special jam sugar or extra pectin. It’s not too sweet, smells amazing the moment you open the jar. Give it a go! You’ll never buy shop bought marmalade again!!
