Waste of Money
This is a cheap product. You get what you pay for. The drill bits broke right away as I was trying to extract a screw that was stripped. I would send this back, but I used it and two of the drill bits are broken. A waste of money. I should know better.

OK
I included a picture of what I received. I don't know what I expected, but this caught me a little by surprise, because of little details. Why does the largest drill bit, the 19/64, seem to be from a totally different set of bits? Why are the screw extractors out of order instead of from smallest to largest? Why are they just in a little plastic case with a black holder? And why is my case completely different than the others that have been posted? Does any of this really matter? Not really, it just doesn't seem like any care or thought was put into this set. It's like I borrowed a friend's tools and he gave this to me from the junk drawer. For the price, I thought something a little better would have been sent. However. This works as it should, and no instructions were included, but it's on the product page, and all screw extractors of this sort work the same. Drill a little hole, tap in the corresponding "extractor" of the same size, reverse it out. Easy. So this is OK. They work, and that's what tools are for in the end. One last note. These are said to be screw extractors, but keep in mind that due to their larger size, they're not really practical for literal screws. Look for a set with smaller sizes for that. This is for more of the midrange size of fasteners (bolts, screws, machine screws, etc.) Just note the sizes that are included, because the 19/64 drill bit is pretty large.

False advertisement
This did not come with with reverse drill bits. Normal drill bits and very cheap ones I might add. Do Not Purchase!

RH Drill Bits - Recommend
This is a very functional extraction assortment. They are situated in a very low quality case that is guaranteed NOT to keep the assortment sorted!! The bits appear to be coated with a cobalt solution or, indeed, they are manufactured with cobalt as their base chemical element. Cobalt is between HSS and Carbide in hardness, but also in brittleness. These bits tend to be extremely useful under medium range extraction contexts. There are 6 LH extractors ranging from a #1 up to a #6, and five RH drill bits that start range from 1/8"(3.2mm), 5/32"(4mm), 3/16"(4.8mm), 1/4"(6.5mm), 19/64"(7.5mm). Extractor drill bits are rarely right handed as that tends to additionally tighten the fastener as it heats up during the drilling process. That quite often leads to a fastener that is now broken further into the hole and becomes EXTREMELY difficult to center drill a second time.

Seems like a solid little kit!
If you tinker with vehicles you probably know the pain of a stripped-out bolt or screw. That moment when you realize the screwdriver has to be replaced by the drill is a heart-sinking one, especially in the limited spaces in a vehicle. You can drill them out normally, but that could take up to an hour per bolt if you do. You can try to hammer them, impact them, but once it's stripped you'll probably need to break it. Before you do, there's one other option: a screw extractor set. If you aren't familiar, screw extractors work differently than regular bits. They're left-hand turn, meaning that they're used counterclockwise, or the opposite of when you normally drill. The benefit is that while you're drilling in the extractor the turning of the bit will back the screw out (you hope). This kit comes with five drill bits, five extractors, and one quick-change drill chuck. The case leaves a lot to be desired, it's about the cheapest thing that kind of stays closed. I'll have to find somewhere to put it where I won't lose all of the pieces. The bits look tough; I've owned extractor kits and they always have that goldish-colored metal that inevitably breaks. These look just like some of the other cobalt bits I own, so I'm more inclined to believe they'll hold up. The extractors are pretty hardy in appearance. The chuck seems cheap and feels like it was just thrown in to add a little more value. There's not even a space for it in the little bit holder. I'll try to update this review once I have a chance to really back out some screws, but just by comparing it to ones I've owned this seems like a much better set. Bad case aside (and I'll be able to find one among the many little plastic organizers I have) I think this is worth considering if you need a screw/bolt extractor set. I have one major complaint: the drill bits should have been left-hand turn. With those sometimes the process of drilling the hole for the extractor is enough to spin the screw or bolt out. With right-hand turn the action will tighten the bolt or screw, which can help to break the threads loose but not nearly as well as the left-hand.
