My 9 yr old asked for a desktop pc for Christmas. This is absolutely perfect for him. It works perfectly for light gaming, streaming, and will come in handy for school work. I ordered him a separate mouse sand keyboard because I assumed the ones included would be the cheaper ones but they actually are really nice! This isn't the fastest, strongest machine available but it has decent specs and will suit his needs for awhile without spending a small fortune. Its all in excellent condition as it looks and works like brand new.

It came with everything it said it would. Everything works great and I'm pretty happy with this purchase. Great value for the price I paid. Easy to connect and set up on wifi. Loads pretty quickly and overall a pretty good cpu. Edit: had it for a week and it started smoking one night. Had been powered off for at least 10 hrs. It made a loud pop and sizzle sounds then was smoking and smelled really bad. Be careful using this. Was a good pc while it lasted

No issues whatsoever so far. First re-hab computer ever bought - at a really attractive price. Pre-loaded with Windows 11. Be aware, hard drive is very small capacity. I added an external 1tb hard drive for storage.

For the price is very good! It really helped me solve the issue of not having a pc in a short time, without having to spend as much. The only issues I've had is that sometimes the screen "blinks" and it turns black for less than a minute, but it comes back again without issue. The other thing is that it does have a wireless internet adapter, it does recognize my wireless internet but it doesn't actually connect, it says "connected without internet". It's not that big of a deal because I use an ethernet cable for my other work computer, so I just plug the ethernet cable and problem solved. I really do like it a lot!

When I spotted it on Amazon, it said delivery the next day, so I went for it since I needed it right away. Unfortunately, it didn’t show up until the day after that in the middle of the afternoon. The packaging was good. I felt like I was opening up a new product. It came with a 21” STG monitor, monitor cable and power cord,decent mouse, chintzy keyboard, and desktop computer with power cord. I hooked it into my internet ethernet cable and hooked up all the components. The screen was black and I couldn’t get a picture, even though the power was on.. I kept fiddling with the cord and finally I started to get an intermittent screen. I wasn’t sure what was going on. I was able to get the software set up, but the screen kept flickering. I thought possibly it was a bad monitor cable, bad monitor, or perhaps bad video card in the computer. I went to Staples and bought a new cable. I plugged it in and that’s solved the issue. It seems to work well. I know the price is very attractive, but I think the quality control leaves much to be desired.

Would highly recommend buying a refurbished computer especially if you are going to use it for your home. The condition of the computer is exactly what they said it would be, excellent. Everything works and the set up was a breeze.

I will never purchase another refurbished item from Amazon. I purchased this item a desktop computer from Amazon on line thinking it would be ok. I received it, put it together, and connected it to the internet. It started to download the updates which was a three-part operation. It completed the first. and second part, then it got hung up while trying to finish the third. I let it go for 8 hours and it still did not finish. I tried to stop the operation and restart it. It had a message that said it was repairing the unit and then it continued the installation, but it never finished. After twenty-four hours it still would not stop the little circle thing that indicates it is working just kept spinning around. I took the unit apart packed it up and requested a return authorization from Amazon. I returned the unit and I awaited my refund and I was shocked to be charged a $123.50 restocking fee. I purchased a product that did not work for me and was charged for my trouble I am very disappointed with Amazon this was a terrible experience.
