I love this. It's an extremely simple but effective way to train your forearms. In only a week or so of having this my forearms have grown noticeabley and my wife has commented on them.

Fantastic quality considering the price. I've had over 100kg on this just to test the stitching and it exceeded expectations.

Works well

It's got a really thick chunky strap, with thick stitching in the middle, and a metal ring at the end. U can see what it's meant to be used for from the images. It can also be used for more bespoke exercises like hammer curls, or hamstring curls. Because the strap is so thick, it's quite difficult to push through 1 in plates, but it would fit easily in an Olympic plate holes. Metal ring is long enough and wide enough so that it doesn't slip through, and it can also be used to attach carabiners.

Perfetta per l’arm wrestling: si sente dove serve, come insegna Devon Larratt! Uso questa fascia da qualche settimana per i miei allenamenti specifici di arm wrestling e sono davvero soddisfatto. L'attivazione muscolare è immediata, soprattutto sul brachioradiale, che è uno dei punti più sollecitati nel braccio di trazione. L’effetto è molto simile a quello che si vede nei video di Devon Larratt: riser, cupping, pronazione... tutto lavora come deve. La fascia è robusta, stabile durante l’uso e non scivola. Ti permette di replicare gli esercizi con resistenza controllata e una sensazione realistica. L’unico piccolo difetto che ho notato è che il materiale è un po’ rigido, e in alcune posizioni può dare fastidio o pressione sul pollice, soprattutto se il setup non è preciso. Obwohl als Material Polyester angegeben ist, fühlt es sich eher an wie Baumwolle, was ich aber als angenehm empfinde. Die befürchtete "Plastik-Haptik" ist glücklicher Weise überhaupt nicht gegeben! Es fühlt sich an wie dicke Baumwolle, angenehm nicht rau, oder kratzig auf der Haut, dennoch mit sehr stabilem Eindruck. Die Verarbeitug ist perfekt! äußerst stabil, saubere Nähte - Top!
