It’s been years since full functionality for my fall/winter vest. I even resorted to loops and large buttons on the inside to get closure. Perfect fit for a YKK zipper on a winter parka. Operates better than the ones that came with the jacket. A bit difficult to install, but I figured it out.

So I bought a blue zip up Puma hoodie that I loved. It was just the best. Then one day the zipper fell apart in my hand and I was bummed. I went and bought 2 more in black because that was all that were left because they were being discontinued. Both zippers eventually died on those as well. It never occurred to me that you can repair, or more importantly that I could until I ran across this kit. Now I have all three hoodies back in the rotation and this has turned to be a low-key awesome purchase. And I learned that art of zipper repair!

Great product! Worked very well,save myself $45.00 repair bill probably! Took about 5mins or so any zipper repaired! My favorite vest.recommened very highly.

Beloved hoodie is now saved. Since I never zip the hoodie up to the very top, I just removed a couple of the nubs that the zipper rides along at the top with my Leatherman and the zipper went right on perfectly and slides super easy. Pretty good quality for the price and I would buy these again.
