Shame I can only rate the product and not the company. There was a transit-related issue with a connector, they confirmed my suspicions of an internal connection fault within 12 hours and all was resolved during a planned, personally-administered memory upgrade a couple of days after delivery. Keyboard and mouse are now connected via the connector in question. Impeccable build quality. Well done chaps/chapettes. Fantastic service and product.

It is fast, but it is noisy. I would replace the fan, but I guess only after the warranty has lapsed. also the hard drive too. I think I made a bad choice.

I've been using this system for a few months now and it has been excellent. Good value for money I would say.

I actually didn't buy this specific unit in the end but agreed on an upgrade to an i7 8700, an enhanced motherboard and RAM, plus a few other tweaks.I can't fault their service and speed of delivery once we had agreed on the final specification, yes I paid more for the higher spec'd kit but I still saved a substantial sum compared to other comparable machines.With the enhanced motherboard, I am able to run 4 internal hard drives simultaneously, being a 500GB M2 Drive (bought with the machine), a 500GB SSD and two hot-swappable hard disks accessed via additional front mounted lockable caddies.In total, I paid £905 (incl VAT) for what is an exceedingly high-performance desktop, that does everything I ask of it, whilst also providing some future proofing and upgradeability.All I can say is well done 3B Systems - fantastic service.
