I been used this supplement for the pass 6 months I have so much problems with eating enough protein I can definitelI have been using this supplement for the past 6 months. I have had so many problems with eating enough protein. I can definitely see the difference, and I feel better about being sore after workouts. It's very effective for recovery.

Energy and quality

After reading the ingredients, I wanted to give this supplement a try. Pills do not leave an after taste which is a bonus for me, I also love that it is plant based. After using it for 30 days, I cant see much of a difference but this kind of products do take time to show results so I will probably order another 30 days supply. Overall, ok quality for the price.

This really helps reduce my recovery time during workouts. I am able to go to the gym every other day with these. The supplement does not have any added taste to it which is good. My only complaint would be I have to take 5 caps a day, and they are quite large, so I was having trouble swallowing it at the same time. I find it easier to hold a mouthful of water in my mouth, and swallow the caps along with the water. Other than that, great product.
