Excellent Wide-Angle Camera with Great Smart Home Integration
The Reolink Duo 3 PoE is a fantastic camera with impressively sharp and clear image quality. Recording to the SD card is straightforward and hassle-free. I’ve integrated mine with Scrypted and Home Assistant, and the process was incredibly smooth - setup was simple, and it works brilliantly for automations. One minor drawback is the limited vertical field of view. While the camera offers an ultra-wide perspective, it doesn’t capture much height, which can be a limitation depending on where it’s installed. That said, it’s still an excellent purchase overall and performs extremely well in both image quality and smart home compatibility.

A very impressive 8k cctv camera
I've been buying Reolink cam for 5 years now and they are some of the best on the market. This one was something a bit different. An 8k night vision. It uses 2 4k cameras and stitches them together to make one 8k very wide angle video. It has night colour vision as well which gave a good colour image. It has LEDs that produce enough white light to give colour. The resulting 8k image is pretty impressive. This camera is not perfect though as I use my cameras for recording wild life and need to be able to edit the video. 8k images and software to view and edit these files is very scarse. It also has a delay in activating the colour night vision of about 8 seconds..I'm sure this could be fixed by the tech guys.In SummaryIf you just want to use it as a cctv surveillance camera these nothing on the market that can beat this 8k camera. It's a very well built camera. Plus Reolink gives you a 2 1/2 warranty. So what's not to like.If they can fix the delay in the colour night vision I would have given this camera 5 stars.

Great Camera for BlueIris Software
I use it with Blue iris Software. Use the onboard AI for people/vehicle spotting that passes it to the software which creates the triggers. Works great.

Excellent customer service
I have about a dozen reolink devices. This is the only one that has failed having owned for just over a year. With 2 year warranty Reolink chat asked a few questions and provided return information, replacement arrived literally the day after I dispatched. Superb customer support. Device itself works well and we like the massive field of view from these dual lenses.

Stopped working after 6 months
I purchased a new Reolink NVR and cameras. The Duo 3 stopped working after 6 months which is disappointing. My old system lasted 8 years with no issues. Had to have the Duo 3 taken down and tested with a short lead direct to NVR which also failed. Factory reset and still failed. Now worried about the other cameras failing. I noticed the Amazon listing now states this item is frequently returned, wish I had read that before deciding to choose Riolink.

Decent cam, app needs work. Does support other NVRs but not easy.
Bought this to hopefully replace a fisheye 180deg camera.Ive only been testing it so far in the garden, the image is great in both day and night view. I won't be using the spot lights, but they are decent enough to give a clear colour view in the night. I'm not sure it will cover as much height as the existing cam though so it may not be suitable.Lots say it doesn't support other NVRs and only works with Reolink. Actually it does. Web access to the camera is disabled by default. You have to use the Reolink client (windows) to enable some network functions. The client crashed each time, but managed to get through the menus quick enough to enable Web, then open the camera in browser and could enable rtsp. It's now add to a hikvision nvr. It displays as a square, so the image looks squished but it does work. Why the advanced network options aren't available in the app seems stupid.Im dropping points because Reolink really need to sort the app notifications!I have Reolink doorbell and set the notification for a doorbell sound. But you can only set one sound for all reolink app notifications. So detect motion/people/animals from this camera all ring a doorbell. Before Reolink tries to blame the phone, I use home assistant and have setup my own notifications for many different events. I can push a "channel" with the notification so I have 'info, alert, sos, visitor' and each channel within android can have its own sound/settings.Reolink just use one channel for everything hence the one sound for everything. They need to sort this and it should be pretty easy to just add the type of trigger as a channel.I also don't like that having a picture include with notifications are only available if you subscribe to thier cloud. As above, for the doorbell home assistant sends me an image with its notification. But that's thier business choice to encourage take up of subscription that I don't need/want.Sort the app notifications and you'll get more stars.

almost perfect
Camera quality is top tier, the wide angle is awesome. my only gripe is that I carnt seem to access the camera if I am not on the same network/ at home.
