The GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens are a great addition to my oral care routine. Having multiple sizes makes it easier to clean between teeth and remove trapped food. Even after using an electric toothbrush, I sometimes notice food lodged in my back molars or in tight spaces between my teeth. While floss does help, these brushes are especially effective at removing plaque—particularly near the gum line and along the lower teeth in my case. That said, the wire can be a bit flimsy, and after several uses they’re not quite as effective. However, they still get the job done and are worth having on hand. They’re an even better value when purchased in a bundled sale.

Perfect for getting between the teeth. I do not have gaps in my teeth and the wide are great for removing food and other debris. Highly recommend. They are durable, easy to use, and would travel very well. The functionality is great.
