I have several of these and have found them to be reliable and easy to set up - nice features. I have several that are probably about 9 years old - still working fine. They used to cost a bit less but I suppose everything is just a bit more expensive these days!!!

I have a house full of these devices. All working on Zigby from my SmartThings hub. Love being able to tell Alexa to turn on the lights or off the lights. Switch requires substantial space in the switch box. It also requires a ground wire to operate . will not function without it. But I haven’t used the switches for years without a single failure. If you want to get started in automation of your house, this is a way to get started.

I've installed 50+ of these at multiple locations. They are my go to for smart switches. Easy enough to sync with your smart hub. generally speaking, the one drawback is that they occasionally fail when their are line issue/glitches/surges. I have 8 running in my own home at the moment. Would buy again

I have installed 7 of these in my home. I like them a lot but they do seem to fail on around the 5 year mark. I just bought this one to replace one just like it that failed. The latest one I could see the blue LED turn on/off when I triggered it from the phone app so I know it was communicating but there was no 'click' sound and the light would not turn on and off. I'm guessing some kind of mechanical relay failed.

They arrived ready to install. They were easy to install. Easy to program. And works like a charm.
