Product is poor quality and broke easily after short use.

Though pragmatic and efficient in design, it is flimsy. Of the two I bought, the top of one sign fell off and broke when bumped the first night it was in use.

The metal part to the sign holder broke. I called the company and spoke to a Lady named Jessica. She was super nice and sent me a replacement part immediately. Great company to work with. Thx again

This one is sturdier than other plastic signs and it looks elegant as well. The price is reasonable and so I will buy another one as well for our hotel's lobby. 10-19-14 I am changing to my previous review since the threads on the bottom piece that the rod screws into are worn out after a few months of use. I am going to have to buy something else. Sent a question to the seller about warranty and he said to ask Amazon!!!
