Overall great product - works perfectly. Bought two - one for sump tank and the other for roof tank.One of the sensors does not work for tank full status. Working with tech support to resolve. Tech support is good.

I bought this product after seeing the good reviews and a decent looking website with proper documentation. Purchasing experience was smooth, i opted for Swarn Jal® (Model: WL-A-RA2F) , Range 2 floors. The item came as promised. I read their documentation before installation, it says the Transmitter unit is waterproof IP65 rated so that it can be installed inside the water tank. I did the installation exactly as mentioned in their documentation , inside the water tank under that tank's lid. First thing i noticed was i was barely getting any signals in the floor just below the water tank , this required me to keep the receiver unit very close to my window so that the tank is just above it. The promised 2 floors did not work. Even in this situation it was getting disconnected frequently.1) The efficiency is poor. 2 Floors range promise was not even coming close to single floor.It worked somehow for 6 months , one day i noticed that it was not receiving any signals , i went upto the water tank for checking , i could see that the transmitter unit wasnt functioning. There is an LED which blinks when it is working. To confirm this i did a bench test in a mug full of water and immersed the sensors inside it to simulate a water tank, and yes it was not working , even when the both transmitter and receiver unit are kept side by side.In the documentation they had mentioned that the receiver unit uses 3 AA batteries , to check that i opened the receiver unit only to see a lot of water and moisture inside , 3 regular AA eveready batteries were soldered together and wrapped in some cloth tape with a silica gel. It was completely wet and the terminals were corroded already. There was a small circuit board which was also damaged due to water ingress (remember IP65 ). I took pictures of it and send it to their customer care via whastapp. They asked me to send the device via Normal India Post (not registered post) to their address , i did the same and took a picture of the parcel and send it to them.After two to three weeks since there was no response i tried pinging in their whatsapp and tried to call them, finally someone attended the call and they could not converse in English , i did not know Hindi as well. Somehow i managed to explain the probelm , they said they have not received my Post yet , as soon as they receive they will send the replacement. I waited for two more weeks and called them again , they pretended as if they are hearing me for the first time and repeated the same story. Even after two months they says they do not about the post which i sent , they have not received it and they are not ready to refund the money or send me replacement. i requested to settle for half the amount, that they did not even understand. Today i am in a helpless state , i dont have my device , i dont have a replacement , i lost my money.So my request to all who are planning to buy this , DO NOT BUY , IT IS A CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT. COMPANY IS RUN BY PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY PROFSSIONALISM OR ETHICS. NO WARRANTY NO REPLACEMENT. IF YOUR DEVICE IS FAULTY, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

The device does work, but not exactly as described. It is marketed as a 4-level indicator, but it shows three levels plus an overflow alert. Here’s how it functions:Indicator Colors:- G (Green), B (Blue), Y (Yellow), R (Red)Actual Working:- All GBYR submerged → Green indicator → Indicates a potential overflow and triggers an alarm.- BYR submerged → Blue indicator → Water level is between 99% and 75%.- YR submerged → Yellow indicator → Water level is between 75% and 50%.- Only R submerged → Red indicator → Water level is between 50% and 25%, and it triggers an alarm at 49%.I was expecting to ring the reserve level alarm at 25%. It does not make sense to call 49% full as a reserve.To suit my needs, I’ve adjusted the sensor placement:- Green at 100%, Blue at 70%, Yellow at 30%, and Red at 5%.- This way, the red indicator practically remains dipped at all times, ensuring that the low-level alert only triggers when the water level drops below 30%.However, this is a minor deviation from expectations, the device performs well overall.Another potential concern is the pricing, though it can be justified given the minimal installation, maintenance, and operational costs. The real test will be whether the claimed one-year battery life holds.Also, don’t forget to activate the warranty by sending the provided code to the given number. I had to use it myself after receiving a faulty charger. Their support team identified the issue within 48 hours, and I received a replacement charger in another 2–3 days. Overall, the after-sales service is satisfactory.

The product is good overall. The build quality is sturdy and long lasting will beautiful finishing. I checked lot other products also but this seems best with economical price point and which offers guarantee and customer support. The product was easly to install make sure usengood quality of wire. The alarm is good and lound and immediately sounds the alarm

Top level. Design good. Size perfect for all place. Functionality is easy. Alarm quality is loud. Energy saving as no electricity recquired it runs on battery cell

Device functions well . No issues in functioning.Mainly 2 issues -1. It's not water proof as described. My device stopped working 2 times in a year's time because of water. I repaired it myself.2. Cheap batteries installed. They should install heavy duty batteries like Duracell/energizer and customers will be happy to pay an extra Rs 100 for the same.

I received the product around a month ago. It's of compact design. Wires are long enough and if they're short for you then you can extend their length. That's what I really liked about the product. It's sensor works perfectly. It looks durable because the material of the alarm and sensors are of great quality. I'm using Duracell as it was recommended by the seller. It's water alarm works fine and on time. The seller is very supportive as well as I asked many questions to him and they responded accordingly. You can definitely consider this product.
