Really impressed with this controller, it has made my gaming experience much better and more exciting. On first glance the controller looked so techy, but also very smart, I was worried it would be hard to use, but it isn’t. The controller was easy to set up and connect and it fits in my hands comfortably. The changeable buttons are really handy and a great bonus feature that makes it better than past controllers I’ve had. The different buttons suit different games to enhance the experience on varying games. It comes with the tools to change the buttons and clear step by step instructions so that’s a smooth and clear process too. My favourite thing about the controller is the clutch trigger, which is perfect for shooting games and quick and easy to adjust. I’ve tried a few different games with the controller and won’t be able to go back to another controller now, I’ll be recommending to my mates. The wireless feature is great so that it’s easy to move around and be completely comfortable with the controller.

I bought this controller last week and was suitably impressed as soon as I took it out of the box, I was amazed at how many extras the controller came with. The fact the controller came with a case was a lovely touch, and made the whole controller feel that little bit more luxurious. The controller comes with its own screwdriver which is handy when you want to switch out parts (so you don't have to go looking for a screwdriver of a tiny size, we've all done it!). Immediately after picking the controller up and feeling it in my hands, I was impressed by the quality that went into this controller and the way it felt in my hands. The controller isn't too heavy, even with the batteries inside. I sometimes find that with wireless controllers they can be a bit too weighty but this one is light and nice to hold. The controller on the photos looks quite bulky but in actual fact is a nice size to hold in the hands for long gaming sessions. The controller initial set up was easy, and rather than a paper guide for set up which is easily lost, this controller comes with a QR code for a digital download of instructions of how to set it up. This is a nice touch and means you can save the instructions somewhere safe. It also means you don't have a pile of random paperwork about your house! Set up only took a couple of minutes and I was good to go and jump into my first game. Connection wise the controller is efficient, the connection hasn't dropped out on me yet which I have noticed with previous controllers. You can however keep the controller plugged in if you like which allows for a wired or wireless connnection for this controller which is a nice feature. A fairly long cable is included in the box. Overall I feel this product is good value for money, it is durable and feels like it will withstand the test of time the changeable modules including the fight pad are an added bonus that allow for true customisation of your own controller and a unique experience. I love this controller and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a more customisable experience for their controller, it's beautifully designed and you will not be disappointed.

I have put 4 stars and not 5 due to the fact that the cable that comes with the controller does not work, it will not charge and it will not connect to my Xbox via the cable, the USB connector is very loose in the controller, I had to use a cable I already had to charge the controller and connect it to my PC to update it too. The controller itself once updated and charged works great, out the box it is very sensitive, a slight touch on the triggers and it will activate, you can adjust all buttons and triggers and the rear paddles via the PC app, which is what I did to minimize the sensitivity of the triggers and turn off the rear paddles, the controller feels great in the hands, feels very well made and sturdy. I would recommend the controller but have a spare USB C cable at the ready incase you get a dud one too.

On first impression opening the box the controller looked modern unique due to the purple colour and of excellent quality I loved how you got a carry case for the controller too perfect to protect and keep it from being damaged if you was taking your console with you for the weekend or even just taking the controller to a friends house to game with The wireless play function allows you to sit back and relax and not be constrained on wires so you can sit comfy on the sofa and play the charge lasts too and I didn’t lose any connectivity whilst playing so excellent Bluetooth connection My favourite part was the ability to adapt the controller to my play style being able to change it round to suite me was amazing and something totally different compared to others I’ve used highly benifical for game play and comfort for each user I was a little apprehensive as I needed to download an app to set up but this was so easy and only took around 5 minutes and had a easy to follow guide to set up simple for anyone to follow and was gaming right away Overall I highly recommend it for anyone wether an avid gamer or someone just starting out perfect for enhanced game play and enjoyment

I’ve been using this controller for over a week on various types of games and have been impressed with several features the controller has to offer some negatives as well. The initial setup was quick and simple and didn’t require going through pages upon pages of a manual to understand how to set it up. A simple plug in the USB dongle and away I went. I was impressed by the quality of the controller. It did feel like a premium product once placed in my hands and all buttons worked on my first attempt at using them. The carry case and additional attachments were a welcome surprise when opening the box. They help to justify the higher price point, but not entirely. I have two big problems with this controller. The first is that the panels at the back of the controller make the overall feel of the controller very uncomfortable to hold. My second problem with this controller is the sensitivity of the two triggers. They are very sensitive, and the slightest touch provides a response. I tried using the app to adjust the sensitivity of the triggers, but it didn’t appear to have much of an impact overall. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The customisation of the controller offers is fantastic. The overall feel of the controller feels sturdy and well-made however, the uncomfortableness of the controller and higher price point compared with other competitors means I can’t recommend this to friends.

I was really excited to try this controller after watching many YouTube reviews. The colour scheme matched the whole aesthetic of my pc setup, the idea of being able to remap the back paddles on the fly without the need for software sounded brilliant. The fight pad was really nice to use for Street Fighter. All seemed like I was buying the perfect controller… However without doing proper research about the interchangeable modules I ordered this without knowing you can’t order the modules separately… you would expect to be able to buy replacement modules in event of getting stick drift or sunken buttons, but you just can’t. Needing a whole new controller just because one of the modules have gone faulty seems idiotic to me. The analogue sticks are useable, but they are not the best you can get, they are not hall effect joysticks. Also, you can’t adjust the response “curves” for the analogue sticks like you can on other pro controller’s software. The trigger stops “work” but they are not great either, if set to the minimum (mouse clicks) they are wayyy too easy to press I found that I had to fine tune them to about 25% just so I could rest my fingers on them without them actuating. That being said, after fine tuning them to where I needed them to be it was quite easy to reset them back to mouse clicks in game by accident because my fingers accidentally would flick the locking mechanism. Which was also a problem as the deadzone set for how you needed them would now be out of bounds rendering them temporarily useless. Conclusion: It’s a great controller for beat-em-ups like street fighter, but if you’re using it for competitive first person shooters or an all rounder, there are just much better controllers out there around this price point. It’s not worth spending the money on this controller with this many issues. I like the aesthetic and functionality of this controller, it was just poorly executed in my honest opinion. If Victrix fix all these issues with a new and improved controller in the future, I will definitely consider buying… but the Victrix Pro BFG as it stands gets a big fat no from me 👎🏽

What an amazing controller. As a long time Xbox gamer and a fan of beat em ups I was drawn to this controller by the massive amount of customization. There is an app which allows you to programme the different button functions, additional buttons on the back and even switch out on the front to move the trigger buttons. I have owned a couple of pro controllers. In my experience the customization usually comes at the expense of a sturdy controller. This is not the case with the Victrix Pro. It's really well built and feels like it'll last for ages. Same again with the case, which is heavy duty and great quality. The look is brilliant. The purple really looks cool, a real step up from the norm. Set up is pretty simple. There is a quick guide which talks you through which is nice and easy to follow and then an introduction to the app, which is the real game changer when it comes to personalising the experience. If your looking for a pro controller, look no further. This one has it all!

The Victrix Pro BFG is a premium product that lives up to its price tag. - Premier quality - Gorgeous looks - Customisable options - Quality feel and weight From the unwrap, the feel of the carry case and the quality look of the device as it's black and purple, this controller impressed me before I even touched it. The controller was more sensitive than my standard Xbox Controller, which I got used to once my muscle memory was trained. The controller was out of this world. I played with it across several genres, playing mostly Fortnite, Minecraft, and EA Sports FC. The controller excelled in each game. I read about it being great for beat 'em-up games, but haven't tried it yet. I highly recommend this for a premium controller, with the customising option I have almost unlimited setup capability. Battery life lasts for a full day of gaming - which is perfect. The only negativity is the USB dongle, it protrudes from the Xbox, and if I am not careful I could break it. 5/5 - I recommend the Victrix Pro BFG to everyone.
