I purchased this set for my kids, but I ended up enjoying the build just as much as they did. The LEGO Technic NEOM McLaren Extreme E offers an excellent balance of hands-on building, realistic mechanics, and playability. BUILD EXPERIENCE: The instructions are clear, and the build is engaging without being overwhelming. It took us about an hour working together, and each step introduces a new element that keeps it interesting—perfect for kids and adults who enjoy Technic sets. QUALITY & FUNCTION: The pull-back motor works extremely well. The car launches with surprising speed and consistency, and the wheels track straight even on tile floors. The suspension elements give it an off-road feel, and the bodywork captures the McLaren styling nicely. No loose pieces, no alignment issues. DESIGN & DETAILS: LEGO did a great job with the color scheme and printed elements. The car looks great on a shelf, but it's also durable enough for everyday play. It’s solidly built and holds up well even after multiple crashes and races around the house. VALUE: For the price, this set offers outstanding value—fun build, strong performance, and a design that feels premium. It’s a great entry into Technic for younger builders and a great collectible for adults. Highly recommended for anyone who loves LEGO, Technic builds, or pull-back cars. This one exceeded expectations.

Awesome Lego McLaren. It had a few tricky parts in the beginning and I think the instructions should be written a bit better so you don't have to fix mistakes multiple times before you can finish your build but all in all this is an excellent Technic Vehicle build. Highly recommend!
