It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water. Please note that there is no such thing as completely pure 50% - 100% Hyaluronic Serum, only a 100% pure 1% solution. A pure 1% hyaluronic solution, which we use, is the highest in the industry and the safest and most effective percentage to use for skin formulations. Over 1% of HA would be harmful.
