The Halos eliminate leaks when used with a head wrap and eliminate nostril irritation.
I have been using the halos for a few years. They replaced my pillow mask. Yes, they cost more, but are well worth the cost for the excellent, comfortable sleep they produce. They eliminate leaks when used with a head wrap and eliminate nostril irritation because nothing enters your nostrils. They are easy to put on and make it simple to reattach the air hose if you need to get up during the night. This is an excellent product that I highly recommend.

Life-Changing CPAP Experience with Bleep Eclipse Nasal Mask!
I've been using the Bleep Eclipse nasal mask for my CPAP therapy over the past seven nights, and it's a game-changer! Unlike traditional masks with bulky headgear, the Eclipse is incredibly light and comfortable, eliminating the need for headgear. It uses these unique little stickers with metal rings called HALOS, which attach to your nose. The Eclipse frame then magnetically connects to the stickers, creating a secure and comfortable fit without the hassle of straps and no leaks. It works well for active sleepers like me. The first thing I noticed was how much lighter and less intrusive it felt compared to other masks I've tried. I no longer wake up with marks on my face from headgear, and the HALOS are so discreet you barely feel them. The magnetic connection between the frame and the stickers is super easy to use, and it holds everything in place perfectly throughout the night. I also love how the mask design makes side sleeping much more comfortable. There’s no pressure on my face or nose, and I get a much better night’s sleep without feeling restricted. The Bleep Eclipse is worth it for anyone looking for a comfortable, minimalist CPAP solution. Its ease of use and freedom from headgear have truly transformed my sleep therapy. I highly recommend it!

Nice idea and product
I do think it will work for many people but sadly it didn't work well for me. The idea is very good and the product is well made. I think its just that my nose is rather small and therefore it wasn't very efficient for me. If you have a sturdy / normal nose I would give it a try. It was just a bit too large for my little nose. Nonetheless it is an innovative product that is well made and the Bleep company is very supportive. I would say to try it if you have interest. You might find it to be perfect for your needs.

Love it! Seems so freeing!
I started my CPAP journey in June 2025. I used a full face mask for the first few months after trying different masks. Then I switched to a nasal mask. As a side sleeper, no matter which mask I used, I would always wake up with mask lines, etc. I saw the Bleep Eclipse Starter kit was on sale, and had to try it. I am so glad I did. I also got a hose clip for less pull on my nose. I find that washing my face and then using witch hazel, there is great adhesion. I’m still perfecting cutting the halos down but I have had great success with this product. I recently just bought 4 more boxes of the halos with high hopes of continued success. Oh and as a mouth breather, I also use mouth tape with this product.

I’ve never slept better
I really love this new system. I ordered the starter kit several months ago and have had nothing but good experiences with it. No leaks at all. I have been on CPAP for 20 years and I’ve tried just about every mask you can imagine. The Bleep system is far and away the best I’ve ever had. I’m sleeping so well now. These stickers are very easy to use. Just trim a little off each end to fit your nose without overlapping them. And the company has been stellar in their service. They even sent me an extra pack with my second order for being a repeat customer. There has been only one downside for me. I recently got a really bad head cold and had to blow my nose quite often. So I haven’t really been able to use this system for the last couple of weeks. I was glad that I held on to my last mask just in case. I can tell my sleep quality has not been nearly as good since I went back to the old mask. But I’m now pretty much over the cold and back on this system. Love love love them!! If you’ve had trouble finding a good mask you really should give this one a try. The starter kit isn’t very expensive at all and comes with everything you need to get going.

I liked this system before, but this upgrade is awesome
I have been following the bleep system for some years now, and was regularly using their updated version with more flexible hose and cotton pads that softened the ventilation (maybe 2 years). It was a good product, but took some weeks to figure out how to apply the "nose stickers" so they adhered well through the night. I found the mask to be quite fiddly to attach and noted they would be impossible to work if a person had coordination issues or limited finger strength (long acrylic nails didn't help, either). Now that Bleep has created the same system without the fiddly clips and improved the cotton pads, I think it is a slam dunk: I like how the metal washer does not touch the skin and so don't have to worry about skin sensitivity. Also, the strength of the magnets is fabulous and my mask leakage is absolutely zero beyond the amount which naturally vents out of the mask for your out-breath and continuous pressure. You read that right- NO LEAKAGE The nose sticker position had to change a little with the new system, but I got that down after about 2 weeks of experimentation. Easy now. Adhesion is excellent once you learn to use it well. I've yanked my face sideways, hard, more than once with a careless movement catching the hose...and there was no leakage after that either. Please note the nose stickers can have some issues with adhesion that are correctable. I have oily skin and so would wash my nose area with a non-moisturizing soap and dry it on a clean towel via patting and immediately apply the stickers. This worked for me. I see the company also offers wipes, and you can purchase other drying/oil reducing products that suit your needs too, I imagine. When you remove the stickers, get your fingernail under an edge and pull, gently allowing the adhesive to let go (takes like 3 seconds). If you go too fast, you might irritate/bruise the delicate skin closer to your eyes. If you sweat, cool yourself down somehow with less blankets or a fan- copious amounts of sweat will undermine the quality of the adhesion and you may have to a wash and reapply mid way through the night (this has only happened to me after nightmares maybe 2 times a year- so not a big issue). I find the new way the nose section of the mask clips onto the hose part to be improved and more stable, and easier to clean and re-connect. Yay Replacement schedules seem about right for my needs and admittedly lazy cleaning schedule of the equipment. I use both physically washing with soap and the ozone machine (travel ozone kits from amazon are cheaper than the ones you find at the CPAP store, btw) Nose stickers are expensive- yep, they are. However, after calculating the cost of using a conventional mask (after insurance) with several replacements through the year, it ran me about the same amount. However, this method doesn't leave any marks on my face and has ZERO LEAKAGE!!!! So, it was an easy choice for me. Note for first time users: This will only work if you have a script for nose-only interface with your CPAP. Also, your skin will be sore after the fist night of wearing the stickers and having them tug a bit. I went back and forth between my previous mask and the Bleep system every other day for about a week, then two days with the Bleep to one with the previous mask. Then I was adjusted after two weeks. Now, have fun wearing glasses, having nice hair, not having to "adjust" your mask 15 times a night, and being able to sleep with your face buried flat into a pillow! P.S. for placement, I'm considering making a tiny mark on all the stickers at the center top, sides and bottom and using that to help with getting them in the right spot every time. I do good 98% of the time, but 100% would be better. HEY BLEEP- Please add these marks in a future version!

Not for me
Didn't work for me! The glue made my nose itch, it hung to heavy off my nose.

Great CPAP mask
This is the only mask I can wear and I have tried plenty of them. No headgear at all!
