I really like this bag. At first I ordered another color which didn't have the removable chain in front (even though it was pictured that way) so I returned it. I was so thankful for the reviewer who posted some recent pictures and showed this had the removable chain. So, I ordered it. It's really a pretty bag, it's a good size, the style is cute, I like the thin strap because it's easy on your neck as a crossbody and the primrose color is nice. It also has the coveted removable chain in front. As you walk, the chain does bang against the purse making a bit of noise (not loud or anything) but if that bothered you, you can remove the chain. You have the choice. I used this for a vacation and it worked perfectly. It held the things I needed and wasn't too heavy for my neck. I'm happy with the purchase.

It’s a cute purse. I’ve received compliments on the color & chain. I purchased it because it has more pockets than my last Michael Kors (same size & style). I put my credit cards, driver’s license & cash in the front zipper pocket for easy access. I put my cell phone in the long exterior pocket on the other side of the purse, also for easy access. Everything else goes inside. I wish the strap was flexible like my last MK. This one is stiff, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.
