Hearing aid blue tooth not conecting
Blue tooth connection isnot working. So returning this and please refund

Sturdy product
Well packed and delivered. The cellophane wrapping was open on one side. Product was intact and Works OK. Still getting used to it. It is not connecting with the recommended App so am unable to use many of the features provided by the App. Not a good thing at all. Volume and mode Control work perfectly.The mode changes sometimes on it's own, so have to reset it. That said I honestly do not notice Much differences in the modes. They indicate change with a Voice message, but all Sound almost the same. There is no TV mode as mentioned. The Bluetooth connection is stable. OK battery life. I have never used a similar product before so I'm not sure how to evaluate the product. The above mentioned are my observations.. please note before buying.UPDATE , has now connected with the App, HA settings.. Works fine but doesn't seem to stay connected to the App, though, changes can be made from the App to the buds... three modes available, slight difference between the three.. frequencies can be selected and volume adjusted as well. Compression can be set but always returns to no compression... hope there will be some bug fixes done soon.. all in all a decent buy and does the job pretty well for minor to moderate hearing issues... please study and evaluate your needs before purchase.Update.. right side just stopped working after 3 days and started working after an hour.. please note. The volume levels have a volume increase of four levels, would recommend it ,but please study your needs before purchase...

Very good device in affordable price.
Very simple user friendly to use for our parents in affordable price.The design is also quite modern. It doesn't look like hearing aid at all, it looks like airpods so you might not feel ashamed of wearing it.The Bluetooth connectivity is also very good.
