Prison Break - Season 4 [DVD]

Everything was excellent. Delivery was on time and DVDs in good condition.

I enjoyed season 1 but season 2 was much better. Season 3 was about on par with season 1 but was rightly much shorter, the content was limited by the Sonar prison. Season 4 is definately on par with season 2 so one of the best and the final break is a worthy addition. Overall a great series and much cheaper buying (and selling afterwards) than paying inflated Sky subscription costs, you can own the whole series for less than a months Sky subscription.

I will not be writing an extensive review as the previous two people have - if you are a Prison Break fan, as I am, then surely this is the final chapter to your collection. Yes you can say that this was not as intense as the first 3 seasons, but let us face facts, this is the one you must own. If someone had ripped out the last 4 chapters of a book you were reading, you would be devastated, surely this is no different. You either love it or loathe it and if you are reading reviews on this particular DVD then you must be in the "love it" camp. I wont spoil it by telling you plot - but the end is for me, perfect, and it gives you a warm feeling inside.

Amazing change of plot, no more breaking out of prison and everything revolves around a small device called 'scylla'. I thought season 2 and 3 were good but no where near as good as the original season 1 break-out, season 4 really exploded PB back to its best and has you gripped every minute. The ending is really good and emotional,although it disappointing that PB is finishing it really ends at its best rather than dragging out.

Prison Break is one of my favourite US dramas, however even though I seen all 4 seasons years ago, I decided to get all 4 boxsets to re-watch for the return of the new series next year (2016) but I am so annoyed with this as when I opened it, the boxset inside is damaged, so I contacted Amazon and I have been given a refund and I will be buying replacement from this user, I am going to give this user another chance and I hope the next season 4 boxset is not damaged, if it is then I won't be very happy. I can't understand why it's damaged when the boxset was sealed? really strange. the fourth season is excellent and I can't understand why some fans don't like this season, it is gripping with lots of twists, brilliant cliff-hangers and a shocking final that see's Michael Scofield get killed off however this doesn't seem to be the case now that the show is returning with Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell returning to their roles as Michael and Lincoln Burrows, the new series is expected to set a few years later after the events from season 4 and Dominic has stated that Michael being alive will make sense to fans. The reason why I rated it as a 4 star because of the damaged of the boxset.

I loved Prison Break Seasons 1&2 but felt Season 3 slipped just a little and Season 4 became a little predictable. However you have to watch the final Season as there are some good twists and turns to finish this great story. The acting and characters are as good as always but you do get that 'James Bond' feeling where you know nothing bad is going to happen to the main character(s) no matter what their predicament. Overall a must buy for anyone who has watched the previous 3 seasons - You wont be dissapointed.

The complete series was well made with lots of twists and turns to keep the viewer on the edge of their seat. In some ways I am sorry to see it end, but there is only so far they can take a series before it becomes silly. This finished at the right time and although it would have been nicer to see a happier ending. It was good that there was a "What happened later" to conclude it as many finish with the viewer having to draw their own conclusions.

I watched the first 3 seasons a few weeks ago, and really fell in love with this show. In my opinion it is a great job, after 3 exiting seasons it was not easy to invent something that could keep on surprising me. Every character has a well developed personality, and fits well in the whole story. And I appreciate that they finished the story, any other season would have ruined it.

La cuarta temporada de la mejor serie que he visto y soy muy de series , un drama , una acción ... La recomiendo son 4 temporadas que te tienen desde el primer episodio en tensión .

Wer einmal mit Prison Break angefangen hat, der muss natürlich auch Season 4 schauen. Es geht spannend weiter in gewohnter Form. Das heißt, viele neue Aufgaben und Probleme, die immer wieder Alternativlösungen benötigen, eigentliche Feinde müssen plötzlich zusammenarbeiten. Die Frage ist immer: wem kann ich vertrauen? Und ohne Erpressung läuft schon mal gar nichts ... Um endlich frei sein zu können, müssen Michael und sein Team brisante Daten der Company stehlen. Dies ist natürlich mit riesigen Schwierigkeiten verbunden, da die Daten auf sechs verschiedene Company-Mitarbeiter verteilt sind. Schließlich werden sie selbst verraten und müssen nun wiederum die Daten für den General und die Company zurückholen. Totgeglaubte tauchen auf, Michael muss sich einer lebensnotwendigen Operation unterziehen. Selbst Lincoln und Michael werden kurz zu Gegnern. Es ist spannend bis zum Schluß. Immer wieder werden die Teams neu gemischt, um Scylla zu finden, dies bringt Spannungen und neue Intrigen. Am Ende gibt es viele Überaschungen, einige landen wieder im Gefängnis, wo sie am besten aufgehoben sind, andere bekommen endlich ihre ersehnte Freiheit zurück, der ein oder andere stirbt ... Alles fügt sich am Ende zusammen, vieles wird hier erklärt, warum ausgerechnet Lincoln und Michael von der Company ausgewählt wurden. Um das Ende richtig zu verstehen, sollte man sich auf jeden Fall die DVD "The Final Break" anschauen, die zeigt die fehlende Zeit zwischen der Aufklärung von Scylla und dem Ende der Season 4. Prison Break - The Final Break Ich habe noch nie eine dermaßen spannende TV-Serie gesehen. Die ganze Familie saß immer stundenlang vor dem Fernseher, hat mit Michael und Lincoln mitgefiebert, sich aufgeregt, wenn T-Bag mal wieder falsch gespielt hat. Auf jeden Fall das Beste, was es seit langem gab.
