Sounds Fantastic
Really good Hi Res adapter. I've used it both on my mobile phone and my chrome book with no issues at all, music is crystal clear with a solid connection. I use it to stream Hi Res Flac files on the streaming service Tidal, which sounds absolutely amazing. Remember to use a good quality pair of headphones to connect to the adapter, failure to do so is like owning a SuperCar and putting water in the tank and expecting to win a race, not going to happen. It sounds fantastic, I can whole heartedly recommend. It may be twice the price of other adapters on Amazon, but like they say, you get what you pay for!

Absolutely outstanding.
I have been having problems using my usb dac with my Samsung phone since it updated to Android 15 One UI 7. For some reason the volume to my headphones would drop dramatically for no reason, and there would be odd squawking noises in the music. I saw this adaptor advertised as HiRes compatable at a very low price. I was so fed up with the issues I was having I decided to buy one. I can say that all my problems have disappeared now. All types of music files play faultlessly. And the sound quality is absolutely outstanding. In fact I can't get over how brilliant the sound is from such a compact adaptor. It drives my very high impedance Sennheiser headphone to high volumes with no problems. No going back to comparatively large DAC's for me, it's been a revelation.

Did justice to my pair of 7Hz Divine (Tuned by Crinacle) earphones when run through the phone.
Great little thing. The built-in DAC really does elevate the sound quality when trying to play something from your phone. I have an S24 ultrea and I normally play music over bluetooth/LDAC into a Shanling Q1 through which I listen with a pair of 7Hz Divine earphones. This is because a normal adapter really doesn't sound good for me. This one brings it close if not better to my setup with LDAC. It really elevated my experience. For this price point, it's a no brainer and a steal for me.

Produces a decent sound
One of the highest res DAC adaptors. Functions very well with mobile phones. Cable appears well-insulated.

Would buy again and recommend
Amazing product. Use it to connect my 3.5mm apple earbuds my honor 400 mobile phone. Great sound quality and the volume controls on the headphones work to which was a bonus. Nice snug fit with a reassuring click into the usb c port

Excellent Quality Adapter
This is an amazing product and at first I wasn't sure how much difference it would make but it made a huge difference. Before I had the volume about 90% on my headphones and then I noticed that using the adapter even at 50% or 60% the volume is loud. In addition the clarity and bass increase is more than sufficient. Music, movies, dramas and documentaries sound so much better. The build quality is excellent as it's Ugreen, great value for money and highly recommended.

WARNING! Hearing risk.
At first I was very happy with this device - used as an interface between a new-style android tablet with only a USB C connector - no 3.5mm audio connection - and my headphones. Until one evening recently, quite suddenly, I experienced a burst of stunning, deafening noise from the 'phones. I have tinnitus in any case, this did not help! Worse for several days after the event. Fortunately, as appears, there's no permanent damage done, I'm now back to 'normal'. I read that experiences of this kind aren't unknown using DACs and are usually triggered by electronic events of one kind or another external to the DAC itself. However - to quote Google AI: 'Proper USB DAC design can absolutely prevent sudden deafening digital noise, often referred to as "white noise bursts" or "full-scale digital noise". This issue is rarely a fault of the USB protocol itself, but rather a failure of the DAC to properly handle ground contamination, USB power noise, or audio data packet loss from the computer.' I have previously had good experiences with UGreen products, I'd regard this as a premium brand but I feel bound to warn potential purchasers against this particular item in the strongest possible terms. Certainly mine is even now in the recycling bin.

Good sound but not a snug USB fit
This is a useful adaptor and has great sound quality. Works perfectly when the phone is static. The USB socket fit for the Google Pixel isn't quite as firm if using it for headphones. This means that when walking about, it occasionally gets mover sideways/ angled and losses the usb connection and therefore music stops playing.

Good sound and value for the price. Be even better with higher volume output but enough to hook a phone to an amp

Great Dac Sounds Really Clear. Works Great On Samsung S22u. But When Used On Iphone 15pro max Its Not Very Loud Even When Iphone Volume Is Full. More Suited For Android Then Apple!!

This works well an is worth the price. I use it with my Chromebook and with two different Android tablets. Its not magic, but it definitely sounds better with this device connected than without it. I usually use it with $100 to $125 headphones. This device seems of good quality and I've never had a problem with connectivity. Overall, it does what I expected it to do. Last thought are to say that its very small and lightweight.
