The best I’ve ever bought.
Always loved bourjois brand and have used it for years. This eyeliner in blue is so smooth and soft to apply and the colour enhances blue eyes. It lasts all day, doesn’t smudge, and is easily removed with water and a facecloth. Wouldn’t use any other!
