JLab Go upgraded to JLab Go 2
I had purchased the JLab Go Work Gen 1, and I loved and overall, it was a good headset. After I dropped my mic and it broke, I wanted to get a replacement. I like the USB-C cable for charging and for connecting directly to the PC. Audio is clear, the dongle is a little wide, but I am using a USB-C to A adapter, so it doesn't get in the way. I like the option to use Bluetooth, with a dongle (gen 1 did not have) and a wired connection. The USB-C cable is about a foot longer than the JLab Go gen 1 (4 ft usb-c to 3.5mm). Have not compared battery life yet.

Wireless headphones that are worth it.
These wireless headphones are absolutely perfect. So easy to pair and get set up and the audio clarity/quality is superb and also the noise cancellation is phenomenal works great. For the price they are perfect and the comfort is amazing as well. Easy to adjust and use. If you’re in the fence about purchasing I highly suggest getting these. They work great for zoom meetings and even work well with my iPhone as well. These are just as good as the high priced ones for a fraction of the cost.

G-A-R-B-A-G-E
I work from home and spend over 40 hours a week on calls using a headset. JLabs loves to give fancy names to features like multipoint connection and dual microphones for background noise cancellation. But guess what? None of it works. I did a test recording and could hear every keystroke and even the TV playing quietly 10 feet away—clear as day. I thought, "Maybe I need their app to tweak the mic settings." So I downloaded it, and the mic was already set to "loud environment" mode. Great. Then, after connecting via Bluetooth to my phone, my Mac no longer recognized the dongle as an audio option. I disconnected Bluetooth from my phone, and now the headset is stuck in pairing mode and refuses to connect to the dongle. These headphones have been in use for five minutes, and I’m already considering calling support—seriously, for headphones? Nope. They’re going back. If anyone thinks these are great, maybe it’s their first pair, and they just believe the box when it says "cancels out background noise." Well, it doesn’t.

Great Work Headset with Long Battery & Solid Features
The JLab Go Work Gen 2 Wireless Headset is a solid choice for work and everyday use. The comfort level is great, even for long calls, and the 55+ hour battery life means I rarely worry about charging. I like the multipoint connectivity — switching between my laptop and phone is seamless — and the option to use either Bluetooth or the USB dongle adds flexibility. The boom mic works well for meetings, and the mute indicator is a helpful touch. That said, the sound quality for music is just okay — perfectly fine for calls and casual listening, but not audiophile-level. Noise isolation isn’t the strongest either, so outside sounds can creep in, and others may hear a bit of what you’re listening to if the volume is high. Overall, it’s a dependable, comfortable, and versatile headset for work and multitasking, with only minor trade-offs on audio performance.

Wireless Headsets with Microphone
These headsets work okay overall, but they’re not exactly what I was hoping for. The audio is decent and they do the job for basic calls and meetings, but I was really disappointed they didn’t come in white to match my work-from-home desk setup. Another issue is the microphone length. For me, the mic doesn’t extend far enough, so I have to position it just right for my voice to come through clearly. I wish there were more single-ear options with a longer mic boom because that would make a huge difference in comfort and call quality. They’re functional and usable, just not ideal for my setup or preferences.

Jlab go work 2ndGen wireless headset
Easy to use and set up, the size and design is very comfortable. Clear calls, easy to mute calls, and volume controls on the right side of the headset work well with RingCentral phone systems and Microsoft Teams. I love it! The best part is I don't have to be stuck at my desk; I can walk around my apartment while talking to my clients.

Good starter
For the price as a starter, I would say they are ok. The mute button sticks and you will have a call and not be able to take it off mute. Also they are definitely not noise cancelling.
