Great for aluminum
This cuts through aluminum like a hot knife going a stick of butter. Definitely recommend for rough cutting.

Nice!
Great router bits. High quality. Quiter than standard spiral bits.

Great TISIN coated rougher ...
Excellent TISIN roughing end mill. Have used it on production runs of an abrasive plastic, and it shows no signs of wear. Previous cutter was uncoated mg carbide, and by the end of one production run had to be retired. I will buy more!

One of my favorite CNC wood bits!
Love this bit for hogging out oak, and hard woods. Saves a LOT of time compared to good spiral bits. The finish at the end is pretty good. The edge finish can be dialed in for either sanding finish or allowance for a spiral bit finish pass.

Not Bad.
Did the dynamic opit-rough cutting inconel. 110SFM .0033” FPT With RCTF I was at 1120RPM and 30.8IPM. 10% radial engagement 95% axial depth. .03” step up. Although I was straight up, abusing the Tool, it lasted a hell of a lot longer than I thought it would. Eventually went with something of a different set up, but I’ll keep this in mind for future projects.

Best bit I’ve found!
This thing is a beast!!! I don’t know how I ever got by without it! Chews through stock (wood, aluminum, even bloodwood!) like it’s nothing! If you have a desktop Cnc, get one of these!!!
