These spiky massage balls have been miraculous for my post-cancer surgery recovery journey. They have become an essential go-to tool for my daily routine, providing unparalleled relief and support for the exercises that my PT doctor has assigned. I’ve tried various versions of these from other manufacturers, and, based on my experiences, I was pretty skeptical about their effectiveness. However, these spiky rollers surprised me with their quality from the very first use. They have three different firmness levels (firm, medium, and soft), allowing me to tailor the massage to my needs, making it suitable for various stages of my recovery process. In terms of design and durability, these balls have surpassed my expectations. The 3-inch size is perfect for targeting specific areas required for my PT. Good for plantar fasciitis. Soft/medium/hard firmness depending on your preference. I’ve used them sitting or standing. A really good massage/stretch achieved.👍👍

Great product for the price and worked great!

Got this set for plantar fasciitis. Orange ball so soft I could almost squish it flat. Didn’t have that little hole that looks like that would be where you would put air in with a little needle type device, but the yellow ball and the red ball which were the next two ones in the set had that. I didn’t realize that they were airfilled or I probably would not have bought them. I was trying to duplicate one that I had that was slightly larger which was still a little squishy but not so very squishy and perhaps a little bit bigger than the ones that are in the set. I can see how the progression might be made from yellow into red as the spikes get shorter and the ball gets harder and so I’ve decided to keep them and perhaps use them in other areas besides my foot. I wish they didn’t have a little air filling holes in them because I don’t trust that they will stay the same as when they were new. And the softest orange one is practically useless because you can squish it practically down to the ground although it might be OK for curling your toes.

I am using these balls for Physical therapy and they really work graeat.

Red is usually too hard as is this one .the orange is good for feet . Yellow for back. Fibro /autoimmune non acidic spondyolitis/ myosytosis . Use peppermint oil to help your pain. Not much else has helped me . Tens,balls,ice,heat,peppermint oil, meds. Feeel better all .

Love the 3 different levels of firmness. Started with the softest for my shoulder pain and the medium for plantar fasciitis both seem to be working well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love the product for foot massage. Just the right firmness and spikiness. Ordered a second set, and delivery was on time for both.

Not as expected. They are quite large and identical. In the description it is said that they are of varying stiffness to exercise feet differently. Not happy!

I have another spiky ball that I use for massage and that I like very much, which is why I took a chance and ordered these. These are not at all what I was expecting, and are totally unsuitable for massage. They are LARGE, much bigger than a baseball or lacrosse ball, and all 3 balls are as hard as rocks. Very disappointing!!!

I purchased these balls having used one at my Pilates class and found it did wonders for my feet. I am delighted with my purchase and have found the balls to be excellent for massaging various parts of my body and my feet feel better than they have done for years. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a massage!
