I do a lot of early morning road rucking and sometimes I like to take my dog with me. For a while I just put reflective patches on her vest, but, because of her dark fur, I eventually decided to order this mount so I could attach my old Micro Guardian Angel Device to one of the molle pouches I had on her vest. I eventually went with another mount that better suited my needs for light placement but I still plan on using it to mount my Elite Guardian Angel Device to a backpack. Overall it's a great value for the money. It's compact and lightweight, durable, and extremely easy to use. Highly recommend getting one!

I mean this in a good way, it was a Christmas present for my husband. I couldn't get it wrapped because this and the light that goes with it kept snapping together. I finally admitted defeat and just let them be together in the wrapping and called it a day. Hubs loves the combo!

Great fit

Great idea BUT honestly the clamshell clamp needs to be designed to allow something thicker. It may work for a uniform epaulet but no way this would fit on a working dog's collar OR on a persons belt.
