These are excellent. Very easy to use, absolutely no mess at all, and they come with enough to do a "test run" in case you do make a mistake! I used these on my dog to get pawprints and a nose print, and they worked perfectly. I found it was easy if I taped the paper to the ink pad, then used a sturdy surface like a book to tape the whole apparatus to so that it wouldn't slide or smudge. My dog isn't the biggest fan of things on her feet, so I'm happy this was able to be done with very quick and minimal pressure. Definitely recommend for a cheap but fun activity that will leave you with an impression of your animal (or baby)!

It was super easy to use. I'd recommend trying it out on paper or something first. The first prints had too much ink, which could be good, but you couldn't see their paw details. The second and third tries were exactly what I wanted from the prints.

Love that these don't get ink everywhere! Great for little hands and feet, or paws!

Purchased to document our puppy's paw prints! No mess, easy to use, ink pads are good for 1-2 uses. Will buy more as he continues to rapidly grow. Be sure to follow instructions - too much pressure on the ink pad will not imprint the image correctly.

So easy to use!!! The hardest part was getting a squirmy baby to cooperate!

This product does what it says it does but definitely needs more detailed instructions. Immediately after opening the plastic and trying to get the ink pad out, I accidentally touched the pad with my fingers. The container fits the pad perfectly so I'm not sure how they expect you to get it out without touching the middle at all. Luckily, my fingerprints didn't transfer, but still a disappointment considering the price. I read the 3-step instructions on the box (no more were provided) and held the pad onto the paper while my bf pressed our cat's paw and then nose down firmly onto the pad. The results are in the first attached photo. Everything is just a big blob! (The other blobs are our toes, lol.) There was a second paper included, so we tried pressing our cat's paw down super lightly (same with her nose) and that did the trick (result in 2nd attached photo), but the instructions should definitely clarify this. Overall, it worked but was a bit frustrating, especially for the price.

If you have furry ones at home, be sure to buy these and get some prints of their paws before they pass. We have had these in our house for almost 6 months and never did them with our kitties. Very suddenly the other week our one kitty got kill and it was a very rapid decline. On the couple of days he was hospitalized we did the paw prints with his sister as a test. It was so easy to do and made a great imprint. It's a two person job though on pets. One to hold the cardboard and ink tray film down and the other to press their paws. press their paws flat very lightly and on kitties it works best with short claws. When our kitty came home from the hospital we quickly did these with him before he passed a couple days later. I'm so so so thankful we did and wish I hadn't just tossed it aside after I bought it but we did it sooner. Pros: easy to use, clean, no mess to pet's paws, a great keepsake of your furry babes, while it comes with two cardboard pieces to do the prints on, we found you could continue to print on the same ink sheet for another 4 rounds and that fits perfectly on one 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper - so we got 6 good imprints out of each set we had. Another pro, the imprints scan well - we wanted to make sure we wouldn't lose them and so also scanned the paw prints into the computer. Cons: The ink stays tacky for a few days. So don't stack it or put anything on top of it. Let it dry fully. Really a necessary for people that want keepsakes like this.

These are perfect for newborns! Perfect size for the itty bitty babies. I tried using a few on my toddler and obviously wasn’t big enough for that but that’s my fault I wanted to try it! Good quality and MESS FREE!!!!! The paper is thick and these would be perfect for an expecting mama!
