I love these solar lights for our backyard gazebo. It is far enough away from the house that we don’t have electricity available and I didn’t want to install a new circuit. These worked great to illuminate the 12x16 gazebo area. They are bright enough for our purposes but not as bright as standard electric cafe lights. My only complaint is that they turn on automatically every night as dusk. We don’t use our gazebo all the time so I’d rather have the charge stored for when I need it. I find myself manually turning them off every evening when I let the dog out. Other than that, they seem to be working great.

Bulbs are smaller than expected but gives off good amount of light. My mothers power goes out more than it sould so I got her these to run indoors and put solar charging panel in window so she can see to get around house in power outages. Works great!

These are perfect to put in a small area such as over a child's house. Mounting was easy and the solar power seems to work great. They are night crazy bright but adequate for accent lighting. Quite easy to use, and a fair price. The string is shorter than I expected it to be. But it's fine. So far it has held up to weather just fine.

I've previously dabbled with solar string lights, but they've all fallen short of my expectations. Either the light wasn't bright enough, or it wasn't lasting through the night. This set of lights blew me away. The first day I installed it was towards the end of the day, so it didn't get the full charge, but it went for 8 hours with no issues. I love that you can adjust the different light settings; the super bright mode is great for a gathering, while the bright setting is great for a low-key hangout, and the soft setting gives off a very dreamy summer night at the cottage vibe. I do wish they included a way to schedule when the lights can turn on and off by themselves, but for the price and quality, that's just a minor oversight. A few key takeaways from install to usage: if you order the two-strand version, make sure the configuration of the lights will work for you. The solar panel is in the middle of the two strands, rather than having the strands connect to each other, then to the solar panel. The other thing is the remote; it did not work right away for me, and I had to play around with the settings on the solar panel to get them to sync up. If you run into the issue of the remote not turning the lights on even with battery, you need to click "on" on the solar panel, then click "off" on the remote. Then, when you click "on" on the remote, it syncs up with the lights.

Update: my daughter received hers and it looks amazing in her patio . 4th pic. Happy happy. My daughter saw these and loved them she bought herself a set too for her house lol. I bought em qt full price she got them half price on sale. What a gr8 deal.

***Update*** I really wanted to give these another chance before I sent them back because absolutely loved them out of the box. I thought I’d give it one more try and put the solar panel in DIRECT light where the sun would not fall in shadow from it. It now gets about 6-7 hours of direct, bright, unfiltered light and they are working phenomenally again. I’m sure this seems obvious but I did originally have the panel in a bright spot but throughout the day, sun would become filtered. If you can’t place the panel in direct light like this, then they may not work for you. If you are having any issues like I was, definitely try to move the panel to a sunnier place and see if that helps. So I am keeping them because they are great! I attached a new photo of the lights to show how bright they are. A user named Sally left a review that said: “Lights worked for 2 days now they won't stay on. Super disappointed. They'll work on the flicker mode, but all other modes they work for 1 split second then they turn right off.” I am currently having the same issue! They worked beautifully for 2 days. I loved them so much that I recommended them (and sent the Amazon link) to my mom, sister and friend!! Now I am on night 3 and they will not turn on although I live in Las Vegas and the sun is at maximum brightness right now in May. So what gives? I plugged them into a usb figuring I’d go that route and they only turn on for one second and turn off again! I am so happy that I saved the box because I am returning them tomorrow. What a HUGE letdown.

Great lights for patio. I strung them up on my tree branches. I bought an outdoor dimmer switch for them so you can dim them and hooked everything up to an outdoor Alexa compatible outlet hub. Works great! These are great quality string lights!
