Brought this for my son for his birthday and only 1 wheel lights up for the price I paid I'm not happy

My granddaughter loved it so much her sister wanted one. This was the second one I purchased.

2nd one purchased. The 22 month old wouldn't stay off the 3year old's. So, it is very recommended.
