G Wireless Speaker Charger Lamp (Upgraded)

The wireless charger works fine until now. The lights are beautiful and the alarm doesn't snooze over the night as per others reviews. Happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it.

There is no app available... there is only 1 loud alarm, too loud that you cannot use at all, sound is poor. Wireless charged does not work at all. The only thing that is nice is light. Thats it, total waste od money

Purchased for Christmas for my son who loves it, but sadly needing to return. Unable to contact seller to find out if there is a solution, instructions are minimal and don’t cover this issue. Alarm is permanently set on the device itself coming on at 1am and really loud. We can change the time, but can’t turn it off. It’s so loud! Second issue is although the app is connected and Bluetooth, we can’t get any music to play through the speakers (other than the alarm!). Seems to be a fault with them all as another reviewer is reporting the same alarm issue.

Really nice clock, just unfortunately the Bluetooth charger stopped working after one month.

So got this for my Son for Christmas and he was thrilled with it, set up easy, Bluetooth connected perfectly and app is ok to use, but the buttons on the actual device have come with no instructions and even though the alarm clock isn’t set and the symbol isn’t showing the alarm of extremely loud bird sounds comes one every day! First day it was at 1am!! We have managed to change the time till 10:30 am in the morning but I can not work out how to stop an alarm all together as it doesn’t seem to matter if the clock symbol is showing or not!!! There are definitely no alarms set on the app as I have deleted them all, so at a total loss and a waste of Money as looks like it’s faulty! With no way of contacting the manufacturer!!!!! And can’t return as the box was thrown out in the Christmas Day madness.

The alarm although not set goes off every day as if it has been set would nor recomed I stand by my review about the product I received However the seller has since seller I cannot recommend highly. Enough I have since received a full refund without asking and understand that due to circumstances beyond their control any item can have a fault and I thank the seller as this is extremely good customer service on their part

Buy cheap and you definitely get cheap, absolute garbage everything hit and miss, phone charger works when it wants to so does the music, lighting and as for the alarm might as well buy a cockerel more chance of that waking you up than this useless piece of garbage, spend a little more and get something that actually works.
