Great for warming up & my swing's improved since I've been using it - hoping the improvement carries on. I've been using t on the driving range & for warming up before a round of golf. It was expensive, but I think I'm going to get a lot of use out of it - it's very well made.

Ok to swing in the garden

really good addition to my golf bag -helps create lag and great for tempo. I use it for a warm up and swing it regularly in the garden. I really feel it is a great addition to my game and I can carry it in my golf bag which is great.

Helps with wrist movement

This is great for me. I had the longer one, but at 5'7" it was I little to long. Great warm up tool and it has helped me turn better though my shots.

Makes you swing through.

The grip is close to a proper club grip, if a bit narrow. The weight on the end makes swinging fully easier as momentum helps with weight rotation from the legs up.

Received promptly, does not have any "instructions" . Useful to get timing right, but will not correct other faults.

L’ho trovato utile per bilanciare bene i pesi e la forza nello swing. Inoltre ho migliorato molto la lunghezza del tiro. Consiglio in campo pratica di utilizzarlo prima di usare i vari bastoni

ラウンドのスタート前や練習時に、徐々に振り幅を拡げながら、リズム良く連続振りして使ってます。これ自身が少し重い事もあって、ヘッドアップやスウェイなど回転軸がブレると連続振りが出来ないので、自然と前傾キープのミート率の高いスイングになります。また、コックのアーリーリリースも出来ないので、自然とヘッドが走るスイングになります。びっくりしたのは、連続振りをしておくと、身体の各部の筋肉がしばらく動きを記憶してくれるので、その後ボールを打つときに、まあまあ再現してくれる効果があったことです。とはいえ、最大値は自分の体力の範囲なので、筋力アップしてもっと飛ばそうと思ってます
