Works perfectly!
I'm astonished at how well this works! I've never used a power line adapter before, but it was very easy to setup. I live in a big house and my router is very far away from my office. I was worried it wouldn't work well over that distance and possibly being on a different breaker, but I was wrong!!! My Ethernet connection is lighting fast now. Ping is averaging about 3ms to my gateway!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great performance, but you MUST find the right circuit
I bought this NETGEAR Powerline Kit to fix weak WiFi and packet loss on my second floor that my Google mesh system couldn't handle. A tip for new buyers: your house wiring matters more than anything else. Initially, I only got 50 Mbps. After some testing, I found that the speed depends entirely on the electrical circuits. In the same room, I hit 500 Mbps, but for my actual setup, I had to map my breakers. Once I found an outlet on the second floor that shared a circuit with one in the basement, I achieved a stable 250–300 Mbps. It’s a great, stable alternative to WiFi if you’re willing to experiment with different outlets!

well worth the money, works exceedingly well
Bought this with a bit of skepticism, but all I can say is WOW I am impressed! Getting speed and latency measurements that are much, MUCH better then I expected them to be. Was going to spend the money to add an ethernet jack to my room, as it is on the opposite side of the house and wifi signal can be poor (especially when outside). I connect to a desktop via rdp on my local network w/ a laptop, and always deal with poor connection and inability to maintain a 5ghz Wifi connection, as it would end up reverting automatically to 2.4ghz resulting in an immediate drop in performance of the rdp desktop. With this device I now plug into it via ethernet, and my rdp connection thus far is excellent, so I am both impressed and very happy w/ this purchase. Well worth the cost, though it is one of the more expensive ones it is (imo) definitely worth every dollar. See the image for speedtest. Keep in mind I am using ethernet over usb c, so it may be an even faster connection if you are using an internal ethernet card/port (but I don't at the moment have means to test this). 10 stars if I could!! The only complaint I have is that the device when in a standard outlet doesn't leave enough space to use the top outlet w/ a grounded (3-prong) plug. Only a 2-prong one would fit above it, so it does ultimately end up occupying the entire outlet you use. But since there is a plug passthrough, its not really that big a deal / a dealbreaker (at least for me).

Decent, not great alternative to actual Ethernet cabling, okay for low bandwidth but not too high.
I've used the Powerline adapters in several situations where running regular Ethernet UTP wire just wasn't an option for various reasons. The basics are simple, both copper and (god help us) aluminum wiring can be used as a medium for Ethernet(ish) signals. And, households have a lot of wiring already in place as AC service to just about every room. But, that's where the similarities end. Household wiring can be, and often is, an utter mess of decades old patch jobs and 'cheats'. If you've a newer household with good copper wiring according to local code and installed by a competent electrician, these should work quite well and get a decent throughput of 200+ Mbs between outlets. (No, not 2000 Mbs, more like 200). This is perfectly fine for many applications and truth be told is just fine for most homeowners. However, if you've an older home with a mixture of wiring, oxidized outlets, bizarre AC panels, etc. The performance of these adapters will be a VERY mixed bag of performance and reliability. I use the 2000 series adapters for my own home which has had it's electrical work updated a decade ago and I get VERY nice performance of around 400Mbs. My In-Laws home howerver...well it's a hodge-podge of mixed wiring done mostly by my Father-In-Law and finding two good outlets was like playing a roulette wheel. In testing, I was lucky to get 20Mbs and the connections were unstable at best. For my in-laws who just want to watch Netflix far away from their 5G Router, this was okay. So, these should provide a quick, easy, decent alternative to running UTP cabling. But keep your expectations in check and consider the situation in which the adapters are being used.

It just works.
This works great, easy and quick setup. Ill never try the tp link garbage again.

It works well but unfortunately it came with an American plug which I was not expecting! This possibly takes the edge off its performance as it has to go through an adapter.

Bought for home use. Realized it came in a different plug type for my country, but I currently use it with an adapter, and it still gives decent speed and stable connection.

Tenho 02 pares. Muito rápido e confiável. As 02 portas ethernet ajudam muito. Na minha fiação velha ele chega a marcar 128Mbps. Fácil de usar e configurar.
