These boots aren't heavy, have always been comfortable to me out of the box. And they last, I wear them everyday for work and no signs of needing to be replaced.

Everyone’s feet are different. Merrell boots are my choice and I run three different pairs for duty use. The only downside is that they can feel hot during the summer months but I have another set which are just hikers which cooler and breathe better if I’m out on a foot detail. They are water resistant and the soles are great on loose gravel and such. Not too heavy and supportive.

Rhere is a pressure or discomfort in the foot that I find prevalent in all Merrell footware. I don't know what it is. Something is always just slightly off.

Nice mid waterproof boots purchased for hubby. He likes the style and fit. Big fan of Merrell quality and durability. Price is worth it.

Finally had to get a new pair after 3 years. Great for an everyday driver with considerably no lengthy break in time 2 days was all that was needed. Easy to clean and dry and works good with any off the rack quick lace system

Solid material. Tight fit. Get half size bigger if your prefer the fit to be slightly looser initially. Overall very impressed by these boots!
