I like this better than my old ab roller. Doesn't hurt your wrists and I feel like im getting a better ab workout.

I was very active in my youth. Was even a personal trainer for a brief stint in those days and had access to many ab rollers, ab wheels, ab machines, etc. I wish I had this back in the day. The key is that in the old days you had to just use just the handles on one of these style devices to complete the full core workout. It was challenging and designed for pros or individuals with extremely advance core muscles to hold up their entire body weight and it was near impossible (for most) to get a full range of stretching extension motion without face-planting yourself into the floor after one or two reps. This has resting slots for your forearm/ elbows and provides incredible support for all levels of athleticism. I can do full range of stretching sooo much easier now. Just buy it, you wont be sad that you did. Any old heads here, please make the adjustment. I am 44 now but can already see such great gains and my old abs are showing back up now. It really seems to hit all top mid and low muscle groups, not just the top four abs like the older ones used to work. I saw a trainer on youtube using it, and he swore by this style of device. I am all in 100%. You will be sore for a few days after usage however keep with it and youll have a great core and washboard abs in no time.

Just received my ab roller with arm support. It is awesome! Much more support than just the single wheel. I have a weak core from two pregnancies(twins) and c-section. It's very light weight and easy to use. I am 200 lbs and it holds me up just fine. There is a thin foam mat that comes with it. Personally, I need more support for my knees, but can be used just fine for those without knee problems. The frame is a mix of plastic parts and metal. I recommend storing this somewhere away from the elements as this type of plastic will become brittle in extreme conditions, specifically heat. Overall I feel this will help me build back my core strength. If I could recommend improvement to the product, I'd say that the entire frame should be made with metal, not just part of it.

I really like this! This actually does take weight off my shoulders. I have 3 completely ripped tendons in my right shoulder. Therefore I can not workout my arms until it all heals. I am going through treatment, but that might take a few years to heal completely. The cons that I don’t like about it is that I cannot fit my phone on the holster part between the wheels. I phone is to long. The other con is that my phone can barely fit on the upper holster between the hand grips without removing my phone from its protective case. Other than those 2 issues, I really like this and I can feel the burn in my torso are when using this.

This product arrived quickly and packed nicely. Upon opening the package there are 4 larger pieces, a small box, and a misshapen’mat’. The 4 larger pieces make up the actual product. The problem is there are no instructions at all. Not even that I could find online. It does not assemble symmetricaly. It took me about 30 frustrating minutes to get it together. There are push pins that hold it together but they’re not attached to anything so in assembling they go into the one bar and have to be dug out. This happened 4 times to me. All they had to do is anchor them inside the bar! The man shown in the photo has to be 4 foot tall because this thing is small. I have the kind with one big wheel and it’s way larger than this. It does not seem that this will last either. It feels like it will cave under the weight within a few weeks. I put it on the ground to try it and those pins popped right out. I’m done. And it’s very low to the ground. It seriously looks like it’s built for a child. My best advice is don’t buy it. Get yourself a good sturdy single wheel style one. This is not worth the money or time and probable injury during use.

Complete waste of money. The pieces do not fit together for proper assembly. Also the so-called rebound feature hardly works at all, like it has been taken out of a toy car. Save yourself the hassle and the money and move on
